1 These are the instructions that I, Prophet Kacou Philippe, slave of Jesus Christ, I have given to the Saints this July 14, 2025, for the start of the healing services that my disciples will hold as of this month of July 2025.
2 Testimonies of healing continue to reach me. Conversions also continue. And some Branhamist pastors who saw me at work in Bulawayo are waiting for the Message to be explained in their churches. Two of them have already been baptised.
3 In many countries, there are many miracles following the viewing of the videos of the healing services in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Some paralytics who are walking, blind people who are seeing, and mute people who are speaking. And these miracles are producing many conversions.
4 Yet, led by religious leaders, Gabon has denied me the visa. And in other countries, such as Cameroon, religious leaders are fighting the same battle so that their countries will not grant me visas.
5 And the reason is that I am against the sale of miracles. They say that I wish poverty on religious leaders. I have never wished poverty on a religious leader. We must just be content with the little that our own faithful give us.
6 But if you, a religious leader, want to have a lot of money to travel and organise gatherings as I do, then pray for your faithful who are nothing. They will become magistrates, university professors, police commissioners, colonels and heads of companies to give you what you want. That is what I have done. Don't ask for an offering from poor, sick people who are already suffering.
7 For these religious leaders, I must accept that Church is business, it's about money. For them, I must monetise the gift of healing that God has given me. They suggested to me that I should sell the front seats at my healing services.
8 But if preaching against the sale of miracles is wrong, then how should we understand the words of the Lord Jesus in Matthew 10:8: "Heal the paralytics, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You have received gratuitously, give gratuitously."?
9 So I have decided to keep quiet until everything calms down. Nevertheless, I have asked all my disciples, wherever they are, to hold healing services.
10 For this, on July 7, 2025, I received Apostles Pedro Aleixo from Mozambique, Pascal Vichi from France, Yanick Aka from Ivory Coast, and Pastor Richard Mushwana from South Africa at Katadji. Apostle Elifas Nhundu from Zimbabwe joined us on July 9. We talked about this new step.
11 According to the revelations, these three apostles will first start with the healing campaigns with laying on of hands like the prophet. Apostle Pedro Aleixo said, "Prophet, by the grace of God, we can do it." I said: Amen!
12 First, all three apostles will hold healing services together, with laying on of hands. Then, each of them will form his own team and go his own way.
13 And later, each team will produce other teams, sharing with others what they have received from me. From my fire that they have received, other lamps will be lit. The God who is with me will be with them, and they will perform the same miracles that I have performed and even more.
14 This is the line drawn by God. Whether it be these three apostles or those who will walk in their footsteps, the fire that God gave me is the same fire that they received from me. Whether you are a Brother or a Sister, it is this same fire that you must receive from one of them, as his servant.
15 For this, you must work alongside one of them at least once during a healing service.
16 Even if the prophet gives you the right to administer baptisms, you must go down into the water, next to the one who is already baptising, before you too can begin to baptise. Outside of this, it is a strange fire. It’s against the will of God.
17 People of little faith, who believe that God can only heal through the prophet, did not like the decision of these three apostles to start healing services without the prophet. But the elect loved it because one day it will be the turn of these elect to do the same.
18 Paul said, "My word and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power." Now, it is the time of power. This is our new language. You must be in it. Ignore even the provokers.
19 That’s why, like David in the face of Shimei, I do not respond to anyone who insults or fights me. This is the mission that God has given them. Instead, implore God's grace for me, so that God may always forgive me and that His grace may never leave me. This is what I need.
20 Since 2002, my prayer was that God would raise up powerful preachers in the Message. God answered me. And in debates and on television, the whole world saw that.
21 And my current prayer is that God will raise up for us Brothers and Sisters with great spiritual gifts. God will answer me, and the whole world will see it. It’s through this that the manifestation of the third Pull and the manifestation of the sons of God which Romans 8:19 speaks of will come.
22 My mission is different from that of William Branham because the Midnight Cry is a Message of revival. And to all the humble of heart who have welcomed the announcement of the missions of these three apostles with joy, I pray that God's grace will be with you too, so that you may walk in their footsteps with faith.
23 During healing services, form prayer lines and pray for the sick. Up to a certain number of sick people and the time you have available, form one or two prayer lines. Those receiving prayer are free to stand or kneel. Also, do common prayers.
24 And in order that the sick may be healed by your prayer, just do what your revelations told you. If there are no signs or evidence of healing, a sick person must not stop taking his medication.
25 For the testimonies, there must be a strict selection of miracles to share. An authentic miracle silences the most dishonest enemy and brings about conversions for years and years.
26 It is not the prophet and his name that you must put forward, but it is the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that you must put forward. It is the Lord Jesus who is our Saviour. I, Kacou Philippe, am just a poor sinner saved by His grace.
27 If, during a healing service which had at least 40 sick people, there was no instant healing, it is a failure. You must stop and look for the cause of this failure before holding another healing service.
28 This is the line drawn by God for healing campaigns. Therefore, if anyone claims to act by revelation, let him know that a revelation from God cannot deviate from the Word. And revelations do not have the same levels. Your revelation depends on the dimension in which you are.
29 And the revelations received while being in the cathedral or in the valley are different from the revelations received under the tent or on the top of the mountain. And if you are active in God's work, your revelations will be greater than the revelations of someone who could be active but who is not, even if he lives consecration better than you.
30 If you have a spiritual gift, no matter the greatness of the spiritual gift that you manifest, be humble and stay in the line for your Salvation and for the Salvation of those who will follow you. Know that we have moved from the cathedral to the tent. And humility is the greatest virtue of the tent. When you enter under the tent, you must lower yourself, and when you leave the tent, you must lower yourself.
31 And if you have a spiritual gift, know that it is for the Message. The purpose of a gift of healing is to lead people to the Message of the living prophet of their time. The purpose of a gift of words of knowledge is to help the public confession maintain the Church in holiness. It is “Thus saith the Lord”. And until you die, never forget that.
32 And after the prayer for the sick, the Message in written or audio format must be distributed to everyone.
33 A healing service is like emergency care at the hospital. And the water baptism or the Message in paper or audio format that is given to the sick after the healing service is like the medical treatment that the sick person must continue to follow at home. This is what the Lord Jesus expressed by saying, "Come and follow me."
34 Be all active! The search for revelation must not serve as an excuse for not doing anything. Always seek to do something. Also, you cannot be in consecration and always judge yourself unworthy when you are needed. Do not be a barren fig tree in the Message.
35 I have always desired that there be powerful spiritual gifts for the expansion of this Message. There will be some. And if you receive a great spiritual gift, go forward with this Message and become great and be seen in every corner of the earth, but remain humble. A gift must not lose you.
36 Do not forget that one cannot build a ministry with only a spiritual gift without the Word of the hour, as the evangelicals do. Gifts of healing and miracles are necessary in a ministry. And when you have a spiritual gift, if you let someone who has never manifested a spiritual gift be your advisor to tell you what he does not know, your gift will die out.
37 Now, why am I talking about spiritual manifestations? Since my return from Zimbabwe, several manifestations have begun to take place in several countries.
38 On Sunday, April 27, 2025, in one of the assemblies in Lilongwe, Malawi, an event occurred during the praise songs. A young sister by the name of Elizabeth, who had just finished her 40-day fast and who is in consecration, stands up for the first time in her life and gives some words of knowledge with precision, supported by visions.
39 For example, she pointed to a sister and said, “You, you are living in sexual sin with a pagan.” Immediately, the sister acknowledges and begins to weep loudly. During the manifestation, she went to lay hands and pray for a woman suffering from depression, who was screaming incessantly and disturbing the services.
40 Then, at the end of the manifestation, she went and knelt before the pulpit and she shouted, saying, "O Angel and the Lamb, come and help us! We have many sins here!" And she got up and went to sit in her seat. She remembered nothing of everything she had done.
41 On Sunday, May 4, she did not go to church, but she said to one of her relatives, "You have committed such and such sins that you do not want to confess. Confess them this morning!" Then she told them things that would happen at the service and pointed out people who would not confess and their sins. And all the things happened thus.
42 On Sunday, May 11, 2025, she came to church and exposed several people sitting there on their sins. She even exposed the song leader, Brother Snowden, who is married and had been secretly living in adultery with nine women since 2018. The song leader hurriedly leaves the pulpit. All those who were exposed acknowledged that the revelations given are true.
43 On Sunday, May 18, 2025, she had manifested the gift again and had led Pastor Lemison Chembe and his congregation to confession. They had come to perform a baptism. The baptism was cancelled. However, the woman who was to be baptised was already confessing to Pastor Lemison Chembe, who was going to baptise her.
44 And also, since the prayer on April 27, 2025, up to this July 14, 2025, the woman who was suffering from depression no longer screams and no longer disturbs services. The manifestations of Sister Elizabeth continue during services and outside of services, and those who love holiness are happy. And every child of God loves manifestations of spiritual gifts.
45 In 2023, I had asked for the stop of these manifestations, but how can I stop them forever when the assemblies and their leaders are corrupt and have no fear of God? This kind of manifestation often takes place in assemblies having honest people but led by corrupt leaders. The members of these assemblies are always in night defilements.
46 And on Sunday, May 18, when the song leader Snowden confessed his nine adulteries, the congregation immediately prayed for him. And this was hidden by Pastor Bandah and the other leaders of the congregation instead of being reported to the group of the country as stated in Kc.17:37.
47 And it was through some church members that the information about the manifestations of young Sister Elizabeth became known to everyone in Malawi and reached Apostle Yanick. Know that anyone can share information that some dishonest leaders want to hide.
48 And when someone hides a sin and a manifestation exposes him, it must be posted in the group of the country as a case of Kc.17:37, regardless of the sin, because it is a hidden sin.
49 You must follow your revelations to know who is standing in the pulpit in front of you. Many people do not understand what their dreams tell them to do because they do not meditate on every element of their dreams. And oftentimes, the desire of their heart overrides what the dream told them to do.
50 For example, someone may pray for a trip or for something he wants to do. And if in the dream he is on the trip or doing the thing, he immediately concludes that he can take the trip or do the thing. He does not meditate on the content of the dream.
51 If I want to go to a party, I can see in a dream that I am in a place that looks like a party. Now the dream will tell me what will happen there. And it will be up to me to judge whether I should go or renounce.
52 A preacher wanted to propose to a Sister who was living a bad life in secret. He prayed and saw in a dream that he was riding a motorbike, and the Sister was sitting on the motorbike behind him. Then he wanted to climb a hill, but the motorbike could not move ahead because of the Sister's weight. And he woke up.
53 Now, if this preacher must propose to this Sister because she is already sitting with him on his motorbike, what about the hill that she was preventing him from climbing?
54 The Brother understood the dream and no longer proposed. And in less than a year, the Sister's bad life was revealed, and she fled far away from the Message. However, the Brother could propose to the Sister if the evil revealed by the dream did not put his Salvation and his motorcycle, which is his ministry, in danger.
55 Do everything you can to understand your revelations correctly, and do not do the opposite of what a revelation tells you. And if you have doubts about the interpretation of an important dream, talk to your leaders about it. If you are a married woman, talk about it to your spouse or your leaders with your spouse's consent.
56 For something you must do or a decision you must make, do not let passion dominate you. Passion is a strong feeling mixed with emotions. If the passion is bad, it can break the limits of reason and the limits of the Word and revelations, leading you to disobedience. And in passion, excuses serve as justification, and emotions serve as inspiration. You must be wary of it.
57 At a gathering, you must take the floor by revelation or by inspiration. Inspiration is a revelation. Otherwise, always say to yourself that you have nothing to say. Do not give in to any influence that would defile you and defile others.
58 Obedience is better than sacrifice. Do not disobey revelation and then seek to fast. You must fear doing wrong because you do not know how God will make you pay for it.
59 Now I will speak about the Holy Spirit and spiritual manifestations. Pay attention, for it is God who will speak to our generation and to future generations.
60 Where do these spiritual manifestations that we are witnessing come from, and what is their purpose? Sometimes I saw that they were from God, and sometimes I saw that they were from the devil. But all these spiritual manifestations up to now are the work of the spirit of the ram sent from God and the spirit of the goat, which is a spirit of divination also sent from God.
61 On one side, there is the manifestation of the spirit of the ram, the spirit of the goat, and the spirit of Abraham Mazel. And on the other side, there is the manifestation of the true Holy Spirit of the generation. And these three spirits and the true Holy Spirit can work in the same place on different people with the name of Jesus.
62 First, there is the spirit of the ram. The spirit of the ram is the residue of the true Holy Spirit from the past time. And after our time, the residue of our wine will be called the spirit of the ram. It is the fruit of the wild vine on some regrowing wheat that cries out to God. The spirit of the ram has an affinity with the Message to come. And therefore, it can push the person on whom it is to recognise the prophet to come.
63 The spirit of the ram acts according to the Word because it is the Holy Spirit. On May 18, 2025, as Sister Elizabeth had confessed, it was at the end of the public confession, after receiving the prayer of the assembly, that she began to give the words of knowledge.
64 The ram is the progression of the lamb, which is why it acts according to the Word. It is the true Holy Spirit that came from God to judge and purify the Church. It rested on the old prophet in 1 Kings 13. It rested on Simeon and the prophetess Anna in Luke 2:25-36, and It led them to recognise God in the baby Jesus.
65 And in our time, it is the revelation of the mystery of the manifestation that I reported in Kc.14:24, a manifestation during which the pastor, under the power of the Holy Spirit, had come to me and prophesied. It was in 1994, during a prayer meeting.
66 It was the spirit of the ram that was upon Balaam. That is why he recognised the ministry and authority of Moses. And Balaam spoke the same language as Moses in Numbers 23. In Numbers 23:1, Balaam said to Balak, "Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven bulls and seven rams." Exactly like Moses.
67 After the spirit of the ram comes the spirit of the goat. The spirit of the goat is a spirit of divination sent from God, as in 1 Kings 22:19-23, to seduce or torment corrupt churches or leaders. The goat is more violent than the ram. It is by ruse or by imitation that it acts with meekness. It attacks the Word and creates confusion. A revelation that goes against the Word is the spirit of the goat.
68 The spirit of the goat is at the root of collective manifestations, tending to lead the Church out of the line by creating new doctrines. Do not do anything that separates you from others. The march of the Bride of Christ towards Heaven is a parade. And in a parade, everyone marches in one and same step.
69 An entire assembly dancing, laughing, jumping, vomiting, making the same movements week after week, it is the spirit of the goat.
70 The spirit of the ram always comes upon the Message of the previous prophet or upon the Message of the living prophet, but the spirit of the goat comes upon everything that is religious. And the two spirits fight against the corrupt assemblies and deceitful leaders who have no fear of God.
71 There are two groups in the Church. The public confession purifies some without constraints, while the goat and the ram oblige others to confess. But when the Angel and the Lamb come, the Angel will play the role of the ram and the goat to judge the ungodly men and purify the Church.
72 Now listen. The spirit of the goat is the holy spirit that was upon the prophets of Baal in 1 Kings 18 and upon the prophets of Jehovah in 1 Kings 22. The spirit of the goat is the holy spirit that was upon Saul, while it was the true Holy Spirit that was upon David.
73 This is clearly expressed in 1 Samuel 18:10 in the Darby Bible, where it is written that an evil spirit sent from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied while David played the harp for him. While David played melodies, the spirit of the goat came upon Saul instead of the Spirit of God.
74 If you notice, it was the same prophet Samuel who anointed Saul and David. To anoint Saul, Samuel used a vial of oil, 1 Samuel 10:1. But to anoint David, Samuel used a horn of oil, and the Holy Spirit came upon David, 1 Samuel 16:13. It was not the same spirit that was upon Saul and David.
75 The baptism of the Holy Spirit with the spirit of the ram can even reach the soul to save the person in the second resurrection. It can also remain in the person's spirit for mere spiritual manifestations. The baptism of the spirit of the goat can also reach the soul to lead the person to hell or remain in the person's spirit for mere spiritual manifestations.
76 The spirit of the ram fights evil while seeking to save the person, while the spirit of the goat torments the person while pushing him to commit sins so as to always possess him until it leads him to hell. While tormenting you, a demon pushes you to always commit the same sin.
77 And if we accept the spirit of the goat or the ram as the Holy Spirit for our time, then the true Holy Spirit for our time will never come, and we will be just another evangelical movement.
78 After the spirit of the goat, we have the spirit of Abraham Mazel. The spirit of Abraham Mazel is when the spirit of the goat takes shape in someone through stubbornness. At this point, the revelations of this man or his church always prove him right, even if he is wrong, or show that his positions are correct, even if his positions are satanic.
79 The solution to being delivered from the spirit of the goat or the spirit of Abraham Mazel is first repentance through acknowledgement that one is on the wrong path. Then, the cessation of the fasts and prayers. Then, the rejection of all revelations coming from the spirit. Finally, the laying on of the hands by someone who has the gift of healing.
80 In the past in Israel, for one who was very wicked, it was a goat that was used as a sacrifice for his sins instead of a ram or a lamb. And as the goat sent from God for the purification of the Church, it is the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the Azazel goat according to Leviticus 16.
81 The spirit of Abraham Mazel is the spirit of the goat made flesh. It enters a person's life as a result of wrong interpretations of revelations. It is a demon that acts through false interpretations of the written Word and through dreams and visions to punish or lead an individual or a group into divination.
82 The spirit of Abraham Mazel can push a congregation into isolation, into wearing uniforms. It can push people to remain mute or even go into the forest. And some give up their studies, others lose their jobs or their marriage. And it pushes you to do what others do not do. And the most zealous and sincere ones can reach the stage of madness.
83 You may start with simple imitation, and a demon will take hold of you and force you into madness. That is why you must let God accomplish in you what He has begun or decided for you. You must not go farther than the revelation.
84 For example, being a prophet or a prophetess does not mean that you must have different clothing or appearance. Everything must be simple or according to revelation. An angel of God does not necessarily mean that he is dressed in a long white robe. You must avoid all imitation.
85 Unless you are under a very strong anointing or inspiration, apart from prayers together, your prayer must be silent. Even the person next to you must not hear what you are saying. It must be between you and God.
86 And you, Church, it is through dreams and visions that you will escape imitators. Apart from the gift of discernment of spirits, which can reveal a demon in action, it is through dreams and visions that you will know whether a manifestation comes from God or from the devil.
87 And if someone claiming to be inspired gives you a revelation, with or without interpretation, you can listen to it without saying anything. Do not reject it, do not delete it without revelation. But he must not give them to you every time.
88 Well. In 2023, at the assembly of Adjamé in Ivory Coast, a Brother declared himself a prophet messenger. He had established for himself a prophetess and a disciple. On Sunday, February 5, 2023, he went to the assembly in the Koweit neighbourhood with his disciple and his prophetess. His disciple and his prophetess prophesied that the Brother was the new prophet messenger.
89 During their prophecy, the congregation remained silent out of respect for the Word. But afterwards, they were sent out because the prophecy lasted more than seven minutes and was disrupting the service. At that point, he started to become agitated and then started showing signs of madness. He was prophesying to people in the street.
90 And having met a policeman, he asked his disciple to insult the policeman. His disciple insulted the policeman, but the policeman had not said anything. Then he told his disciple to slap the policeman. The disciple slapped the policeman. And then the policeman arrested them and took them to prison.
91 And it was only when he was locked up behind bars that the disciple realised that his prophet messenger was a fake. Yet, if he was walking by revelation, he would know from the beginning that he was a false prophet.
92 Such deviations are the work of the spirit of the goat and Abraham Mazel. And the world is full of them. And some deviations, such as that of Jim Jones in the United States, have led hundreds of people to death. We must follow our dreams and visions so that such things can never carry us away.
93 We cannot stop a spiritual manifestation. It is our revelations that will protect us. These manifestations will have to be judged by our dreams and visions. But for an entire assembly, it is the gift of discernment of spirits that will do so.
94 For example, while someone is prophesying or manifesting a spiritual gift, being unconscious, someone else with the gift of discernment of spirits tells him by prophecy, with authority, saying, for example: "Satan, in the name of Jesus Christ, be silent and stop your deeds!" And immediately the manifestation stops, and the one who was manifesting the gift becomes conscious.
95 But as long as a manifestation speaks the truth in accordance with the Word, you have no right to stop it by your will. It is a gift of discernment of spirits, or our fear of God and sanctification, that will stop it and carry it away from us.
96 But I repeat: the spiritual manifestations that we have until now in the Message are either the spirit of the ram or the spirit of the goat. And they are among us because of bad leaders and because of those who refuse to conform to the public confession. It is our good life that must put an end to these manifestations of the goat and the ram.
97 The goat or the ram working in our assemblies, it’s not good, but to prevent the spirit of the goat and the ram from acting on our own is to protect people with evil lives in our assemblies.
98 And you too must watch over what the Word says to avoid any deviation. You must not be scared of a revelation. A revelation must inspire the fear of God, not scare.
99 If, through a dream or some other revelation, someone says something contrary to the written Word, he must confess because he has tried to make the people sin. For example, if he says that a sister can lead public confession, that is the spirit of the goat, and he must confess.
100 The spirit of the goat is at the basis of deviations. Therefore, if in the middle of the service, a revelation says that everyone is unworthy to take on a responsibility or that the one in the pulpit is unworthy, without immediately indicating a solution so that the service may not be disrupted, it is the spirit of the goat.
101 Concerning Kc.159:104, the Brother who has no office and who judges himself worthy will go and stand beside the pulpit, facing the congregation. Then he will say: "Brothers and Sisters, with your consent and according to Kc.159:104, I consider myself worthy to take on this responsibility if you see no harm in it." If, after 30 seconds, there is no opposition, he will stand behind the pulpit and begin the service.
102 And if someone is behind the pulpit and must come down, the one who gave the revelation must immediately indicate to him the sin if he does not know it. If possible, he must indicate the substitute, without making a mistake, so that the service may not be disrupted. There must be a substitute immediately. It is the goat that opposes the establishment of an office and leaves people in confusion, without offering a solution.
103 Whether in the pulpit or in the assembly, if your conscience is clear and someone accuses you of a sin through a revelation, do not immediately consider yourself guilty. Say that you have no sin or confession. It is up to the person who gave the revelation to point out the sin to you. This is so that you may not confess something else.
104 Anyone who touches the authority of a prayer leader in the pulpit must confess. And the leader must also confess for allowing disorder, while he has the right to pronounce sanctions directly on the troublemakers to restore order.
105 If the leading of a public confession does not reach its end, the leader must confess. But the sanctions that he pronounced remain valid unless an apostle or a prophet in the camp cancels them. In the absence of a prophet or a prophetess in a country, it’s an apostle who cancels sanctions.
106 If a Brother or a Sister, through a revelation, privately accuses you of things you do not acknowledge, the Brother or Sister must confess and receive prayer for his deliverance. If he or she does not confess, you must put it in the group of the assembly to protect the assembly.
107 Well, now I come to the true Holy Spirit. All prophet messengers come with the spirit of the Lamb, which is the true Holy Spirit for their generation.
108 First, for the reception of the true Holy Spirit, represented by the Lamb, you must be in the Message of the living prophet of your time. And if you claim to have received the true Holy Spirit outside of the Message, that Holy Spirit will lead you to recognise the Message of your time.
109 You cannot be a member of a church, far from the Message of the living prophet of your time and receive the true Holy Spirit and then go back and sit in that church without being disturbed.
110 The Holy Spirit of the generation comes upon a person in whom the Message of the living prophet of the generation is, for the Holy Spirit in a generation is always the Spirit that is upon the living prophet of that generation. In verses 11, 17 and 25 of Numbers 11, it was the Spirit that was upon Moses that God took and poured It out upon the seventy elders of Israel.
111 And in the period of reception of the Holy Spirit, you can receive the Holy Spirit in the assembly, at home, or in any other place. And from one person to another, the signs of the reception of the Holy Spirit will be different. There will be all kinds of manifestations, but this will calm down in the following days.
112 And someone may perform a prophetic action and begin to prophesy. For example, he may roll on the floor or put sand on himself and then begin to prophesy. He may tie his arm with a tie or a rope and begin to prophesy. It will always be in less than seven minutes.
113 Regarding the speaking in tongues and prophecy, the person speaks with the accent of the native speakers of the language. The speaking in tongues can be a language that is understood by men or not. An interpretation has the same rhythms and pauses, and repetitions as its speaking in tongues.
114 When the same words are found in the speaking in tongues of the members of a church, it is imitation.
115 A speaking in tongues, a prophecy or an interpretation that is not imitation always produces a feeling of anointing or goose bumps in spiritual people, but a prophet or a prophetess can act or prophesy in a natural way. Speaking in tongues and prophecies are a great sign of the living Church.
116 In addition to sanctifying the Church, it brings about conversions. And it makes people want to come to the service. In everything that you do, as soon as a prophecy begins, you must observe a time of silence and resume after the prophecy.
117 In a period of manifestations of the Holy Spirit, be in consecration, invite many people, organise many special services, and if possible, increase the number of days of services and put the gifts of healing forward. Those who have spiritual gifts are called to consecration, like those who are active in the field.
118 Always have respect and a thought for every Brother or Sister who is consecrated or active in the field. Their sanctions should often be advice if the sin is not premeditated. If you make him inactive by a sanction, see to it that his work in the field may not suffer at all and that weak souls may not be lost.
119 Concerning the gift of healing, if, in addition to the woman who was screaming, Sister Elizabeth prayed for another case of illness and there was another healing, then it is established that she has a confirmed gift of healing.

127 With the true Holy Spirit, prophecies tend to testify of God's presence in the midst of the people and give words of encouragement. And the speaking in tongues, prophecies, and words of knowledge are never lacking, especially words of knowledge about new people.
128 When the true Holy Spirit is working in the Church, the manifestation of spiritual gifts takes the place of dreams and visions to lead and speak to the assemblies.
129 In one and same period, the true Holy Spirit and the spirit of the ram and the spirit of the goat can work in one and same place or assembly on different people. And one of these spirits will have the upper hand in the presence of the others, according to the inclination of the assembly. Often, it is the spirit of the goat that imposes itself.
130 Thus, the spirits that act today in Pentecostal, Evangelical and Branhamist churches are either the spirit of the ram or the spirit of the goat. But the power or anointing that causes people to fall in groups in Evangelical churches is always the spirit of the goat.
131 Now, concerning manifestations, after a period of time following the reception of the Holy Spirit, everything stabilises with the person who has received It. Any other manifestation that disturbs people, forcing deacons to run here and there, is the spirit of the goat.
132 Stay within the limits of what I have said. Not every violent manifestation is necessarily the work of the spirit of the goat. It can even happen that the Lamb does that. When the Lord Jesus Christ overturned the tables in the temple of Jerusalem, it was not the goat or the ram but the Lamb.
133 Once, in October 2024, I prayed for a woman who was tormented by a demon. The demon walked in her body like a crab, and she screamed night and day and could not find sleep. And when I laid my hand on her head, she trembled and screamed with all her strength and even threatened to undress herself. And this lasted for about three minutes, and then the demon went out of her, and everything calmed down.
134 And since the prayer up to this July 14, 2025, she has not been tormented by this demon again. The deliverance was accompanied by screams like those of evangelicals, and yet it was not that. Following the prayer of the Lord Jesus, it is said that demons often screamed and shook people before leaving them.
135 Now, when there is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, there is an exodus of everyone to the place of the outpouring. And without accepting the Message of the prophet, some religious men come to receive the Holy Spirit and return to produce revivals in their churches.
136 Yes, they will come, they will have hands laid on them to receive the Holy Spirit, they will speak in tongues, but it will not be the true Holy Spirit that they will receive, no matter who will lay hands on them. It is the mystery of Genesis 7.
137 We cannot speak of the true Holy Spirit without the Message of the prophet of the generation, just as we cannot speak of holiness today without speaking of the public confession. The true Holy Spirit destined for our time cannot dwell in a church that does not practice the public confession.
138 Remember that in the vision of the vessel of wine in Kc.162:23, there was not just one type of wine and one type of vessel. Like Prophet Samuel before Saul and David, the master came to me with two types of wine and two types of vessels, and also a beeswax containing another wine. The wine is the Holy Spirit.
139 In addition to the large vessel of wine, the servant also held a transparent bottle containing the residue of a wine that he wanted the master to give me, but the master refused. The servant was right because I was a naked child sitting in the dirt. The pure wine in the vessel was intended for mature people, clothed with the living Word of their time. And the two wines will be served at the same time.
140 But the little wine He gave me in the small beeswax is what enabled me to perform these miracles in South Africa and Zimbabwe. And that is what enabled me to pray for you and send you out for your healing services.
141 On earth, He would breathe on his disciples, saying, "Receive the Holy Spirit." And the disciples received the Holy Spirit. But the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the upper room was yet to come.
142 The Holy Spirit for our time is not the residue of the wine of William Branham's Message; it is not the Holy Spirit of William Branham's Message. It is not the same Holy Spirit.
143 Today, a Branhamist who sincerely commits himself to fasting and prayer for the reception of the Holy Spirit will receive what he believes to be the true Holy Spirit. A power identical to the true Holy Spirit will descend upon him, and he will speak in tongues, but it will not be the true Holy Spirit for our time.
144 The Holy Spirit in a generation comes only upon the Message of the prophet of the generation or upon the Lamb. We are the posterity of the Lamb. We have received the Message of the Lamb of April 24, 1993. That is why the Holy Spirit, who is the dove, will descend upon the Lambs that we are.
145 The spirit of the goat is the spirit that works on magicians and charlatans and on Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and on any other religion. It enables them to produce all kinds of magic and miracles of seduction. But before finding the living prophet of his time, a person who sincerely follows the Message of the previous prophet can receive the spirit of the ram.
146 The true Holy Spirit of William Branham's time is the spirit of the ram today. And at the cock-crow, our Holy Spirit will be the spirit of the ram. And our revivals there will be revivals of goats. A single sin can extinguish the Spirit of the Lamb and the ram in oneself, but it takes many sins to extinguish the spirit of the goat in oneself.
147 If a man with the spirit of the ram produces a revival outside of the Message of the living prophet of his time, then it is a revival of goats. And his books, his preachings, his laying on of hands, and all his actions transmit the spirit of the goat.
148 The spirits of the goat and the ram work in a corrupt assembly but having sincere and honest people who fear God and are making efforts to sanctify themselves. And the Brothers and Sisters who have these manifestations are often sincere with a desire for sanctification.
149 Most often, the Brothers and Sisters through whom these manifestations of the ram come do not go on the internet and do not know everything that you watch on the internet. Today, each of us is aware of the harm that the internet does to our spirituality.
150 But the danger is that often those who act by the spirit of the goat or by the spirit of the ram can go away from the Message and enter into darkness to build ministries for themselves like the evangelicals. It is the same for those who have gifts of healing. Do not do that!
151 But despite everything, if someone declares himself a prophet or prophetess and leaves us, do not see him as an enemy. Only that for his salvation, he must move forward in the line of the Message of the living prophet of his time, as I saw in the vision that I reported in Kc.157:107.
152 In the vision, I had seen men shining like angels of God. They were like Moses. They came from afar to the camp of Israel and bowed down before Moses. And when they bowed down before Moses, Moses held out his staff to them, and they rose and touched the tip of Moses' staff and went back far away from Israel.
