Kacou 170 (Kc.170) : The march towards a revival of the Church
Instructions that I, Prophet Kacou Philippe, slave of Jesus Christ, I have given to the Saints, concerning the mandates and consecrations for healing services for the march towards a revival of the church.
In the past, in Israel, there were cities of refuge, which were: Kedesh in Galilee, Bezer in the desert, Golan in the east of the Jordan, Ramoth in Gilead, and finally Shechem and Hebron. No matter what evil a person was accused of, if he managed to enter one of these six cities, no one should touch him.
Outside these six cities or places, there was a seventh place, which was the temple of Jehovah in Jerusalem. So, if anyone was guilty or accused of a crime and managed to enter the temple of Jehovah, no one should drag him out of the temple to punish him. Whoever touched him was calling down the curse upon himself, upon his house and upon his descendants.
Among the nations, there is no city of refuge, but there are acts of refuge. For example, if a man guilty or accused of a crime is chased, and he falls on his face before an old man or an elderly person and grabs his foot, no one must touch him. This is an ordinance of God.
And that old man has the obligation to speak for that accused person. Whoever goes against this ordinance calls down a curse upon himself, upon his house, and upon his descendants.
And in the same sense, whether in private or in public, outside of a confession, when someone wants to say something that he finds strong or that he is afraid of, he can say to the person or to the audience, "If what I am about to say is wrong, consider it as coming from a dog, and forgive me!"
From this formula, he is protected, but the leader can interrupt him while he is speaking. But whatever he has said or is about to say, he must not fear. Only after he has spoken, he must not defend his position unless he wishes to clarify a point or if he is asked a question about it.
And you can just say that what he said is not correct or is not good, but because of this formula that he has said, you cannot attack him. Only God will be his judge.
And whoever shows anger or has a grudge against him or treats him badly because of what he has said, calls the curse upon himself, upon his house and upon his descendants. This is a commandment from God and an eternal ordinance.
And if, being a Brother or Sister, you act wrongly against him, your confession must require a more severe sanction than the sanction of one who attacks someone who has intervened on his confession.
Well. After the healing services in Zimbabwe by the apostles Pedro Aleixo, Pascal Vichi, and Yanick Aka, several Brothers and Sisters sent them their requests for forgiveness for despising them. The miracles you see through my disciples, it’s the holy Church entering into a revival.
In June 2025, a woman was listening to a chapter of my Message on the healing services, and she got up from her wheelchair. And if a mere audio can produce such a great miracle, why can't some men and women? Isn't it to people that God gives mandates? God will do it, and your eyes will see it.
There will be a revival and an exodus. And all those who love God will come from all the corners of the earth to this revival and gather in this Message of the Cry of Matthew 25:6 for their Salvation. They will know that the churches and the religions outside of this Message were only places of transit for them, like the Jews in Egypt.
By the grace of God, the apostles Pedro Aleixo, Pascal Vichi and Yanick Aka will visit some countries again for healing services. But for a revival, this dimension must extend to a great number of people.
Every country needs to have Brothers and Sisters with some gifts of healing and hold healing services.
Thus, after the apostles Pedro Aleixo, Pascal Vichi and Yanick Aka, other preachers have committed themselves to divine healing with testimonies of miracles and instant healings.
The first three preachers to take this step are: Apostle Sihle Nkabinde from South Africa, Apostle Raoul Sodokin from Benin and Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi from South Africa. Three Brothers who had never done the 20-minute preaching at a healing service. As I was speaking with each of them, my heart was filled with joy.
For the apostles Sihle Nkabinde and Raoul Sodokin, it was at special services on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Apostle Sihle Nkabinde was at the second assembly of Diepsloot, at Pastor Qhubani's.
For Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi, it was at a prayer session for the sick after his preaching in a Sunday service at the Kaalfontein assembly.
The prayers for the sick at ordinary services and special services are primarily for the healing of the believers, while healing services are primarily for the healing of unbelievers. However, both believers and unbelievers come to the prayer lines in special services and healing services and receive healing.
All revelations indicate that all sick people have the right to healing. Some are healed instantly, and for others, it will be after the healing service. For others, again, it will be after baptism or during their walk in the Message. No matter your situation, after receiving prayer at the healing service, you must continue to persevere in faith and believe in your miracle.
The nations are coming under the grace of healing, but Israel must restore its altar before receiving the grace of the same healing. And in the audience, there may be curious people, sympathisers, and also enemies. And after the healing service, flies and other flying insects will come on the scene to disturb the disposition of the one who has the gift of healing, through messages and phone calls.
And during the healing services, you must avoid talking to the main speaker, the one who is going to pray for the sick. Avoid disturbing his disposition. It is to his intermediary or spokesperson that you must speak, and his intermediary will speak to him for you. Every member of his team must dispose himself like him.
It was Pastor Richard Mushwana who validated the miracles performed by Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi. Apostle Raoul Sodokin had recorded several testimonies of miracles and instant healings. Parents and people who knew the sick had confirmed some miracles.
These miracles or instant healings already give them the right to come and receive the prophet's mandate for the revival. It is the right of every Brother or Sister.
After the information about their trips was posted in the groups of their countries and no objections were received, Brother Boga began the formalities for their trip to come and receive the mandate. These invitations will be extended to other spiritual gifts and ministries, including prophets and prophetesses.
A special service can take the form of a healing service with two or three 20-minute preachings. Gifts of revelation, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, or words of knowledge, must be at work in special services and healing services. This is part of a revival.
Do not worry about anyone who tries to imitate. The Angel of God will not allow any imitation. In these last three months, five cases of madness have been reported to me involving Brothers who had prophesied by imitation in the Message.
Apart from the apostles Sihle Nkabinde and Raoul Sodokin and Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi, I am convinced that several other Brothers will come for the consecration and the mandate. This is according to the order of the Lord Jesus. I am ready to receive them all. They will spend 7 to 10 days here and then go back.
And while preparing for their trips, these preachers must continue to hold special services.
For their means of transport to come to the prophet, their general stewards and Brother Didier Assamoa will take care of that. That is why I have requested that part or all of any tithe or offering over $3,000 should be sent to Brother Didier Assamoa.
From the mandate, Apostle Sihle Nkabinde and Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi will be able to begin healing services immediately, because they have already served in healing services. Any role in a healing service is equivalent to standing in the baptism water with the person conducting the healing service, just like the 20-minute preaching. The audience corresponds to the baptism water.
I want to consecrate preachers who are already active because they will not go and sit down or bury the gift and the mandate.
In God's perfect will, special services or ordinary services with prayer for the sick are the first step to receiving instant miracles. Then come the healing services.
If possible, the special service must include a video projection, according to your means. This can be done using a computer, a television or by other means. And in this time of power, there are no more questions and answers during special services. The prayer for the sick and the testimonies of instant healing replace that.
Every public evangelism with prayer for the sick is a healing service, even if there was no laying on of hands. It is with a gift of healing that you must do it.
These services are without expenses and available to anyone who wishes to organise them. This is what you must privilege and multiply with prayers by laying on of hands.
Apostle Sihle Nkabinde and Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi are two very humble and helpful Brothers. They were very active with the prophet in South Africa and Zimbabwe in March and April 2025. And they were very active in July 2025 with the three apostles. They are worthy of God's grace.
Apostle Sihle Nkabinde is a model in the Message, while Preacher Phethi Mkhwanazi was a recidivist of sin who was expelled from the Message. But while he was outside, he was testifying of the Message and making conversions. And it was by the grace of December 2024 that he came back to the Message.
I specify these details to show that anyone can benefit from the grace of a gift of healing if he is sincere. It is also proof that in God, the strong and the weak are entitled to the same grace if they accept to humble themselves and become servants to everyone.
And also, any person under sanction or expelled from the Message, can participate in or serve at a healing service. Anyone, even if he is not baptised, can serve at a healing service if given the opportunity.
And when you prevail to hold healing services, your healing service team will consist mainly of people from the same country as you. And the laces of their consecration sandals will not be made of cat or mouse intestines.
We must all encourage by every means anyone who has testimonies of instant healings from his special services up to his healing services. We must create conditions for the expansion of his ministry.
These preachers must always maintain their consecration and hold special services until they receive the prophet's mandate. They must benefit from the help of their assemblies and their country. And they themselves must always be in meditation for the understanding of each of their revelations.
And all of you who have the financial blessing, it is your mission to support these people. From now on, when someone gives a tithe or an offering of more than $1,000 in his assembly, he must report it to the general stewards of his country, and these ones will decide how to use this money.
God's money is for God's work, just as the baptism of the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts are for God's work. And the internet groups of the countries and languages are especially for the testimonies of God's wonders.
Every apostle, pastor or preacher is invited to enter this new stage for the reception of the mandate to hold healing services. For this, the assemblies must consider filling Saturdays with special services.
Therefore, if a Brother or Sister says he has received a revelation from God to pray for the sick during an ordinary service or a special service, he will make his revelation known to his assembly. If his revelation seems credible to you and there is no opposition, do as he tells you. Give him the opportunity to pray for the sick with the laying on of hands.
If he speaks the truth, the Angel of God who sent me will stand there to confirm him. And then help him, by all means, to prevail in your country until getting invited to other countries.
But if God does not confirm him with miracles or instant healings, he will confess in his assembly and receive prayer, but this is a case of Kc.17:37. It must be posted in the group of the country. But he has the opportunity to ask again to pray for the sick, and it will be up to you to judge.
God seeks the one who is full of humility and who is ready to be the servant of all, like a child. In this new dimension, anyone who wants to dominate or command his Brothers will be the last. The humble are the privileged ones.
Preachers Sihle Nkabinde and Phethi Mkhwanazi have never sought first roles. They have never done the 20-minute preaching at a healing service and have never sought to do so.
Brother Phethi Mkhwanazi always served far from the healing service platforms, but the grace of God fell upon him. His revelations told him to seek to be a servant to others like a child. He obeyed by picking up chairs, helping here and there, and serving the sick through ushering, and God has blessed his obedience.
In a healing service, everyone must have his role, just like on a sports field. Some have received from God the gift to do the 20-minute preaching or to present the videos of healing services to strengthen the faith of the audience.
Others, even some preachers, have received the gift to be interpreters, to make the altar call, to do follow-up of the souls who have believed, or to be ushers. To be a preacher does not necessarily mean that you must have a gift of healing, but you must have a role in the current stage.
Everyone has a role, including those who are not preachers. Some for video editing, others for posting on the internet, and so on. Thanks to the revelation, each must play the role that God has destined him for so as not to disturb anyone. And you can play one role today and another role tomorrow according to God's decision.
In a revival, everyone must be aware that he is called to be an actor. Even if you are a mere Brother or a mere Sister, dispose yourself, because at any moment, a situation may arise, and you will be called to pray for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The instructions that directly concern the disposition for healing services and the perfecting of the gift of healing, it is from God that you will receive them through your revelations. For your dormitory, your lifestyle and the places of healing services, everything must be cheap. The understanding of the revelations is the fundamental basis for the success of a healing ministry.
Many, even among us, did not expect the miracles that happened with me in South Africa and Zimbabwe. And after South Africa and Zimbabwe, some, close to me, were looking at me as if I were the only one who could perform miracles. Others, far from me, were fighting against me so that the flame of the revival would die out in my hand.
But God surprised them again by performing miracles through the hands of the apostles Pedro Aleixo, Pascal Vichi, and Yanick Aka. And now it will be through many disciples, men and women.
After the Word, I want to lead the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ into a great revival through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is my goal. The earth must experience a great revival in our time.
The multitude of religious leaders having refused to come to my invitations to receive the gifts of healing and miracles, God will reach the goal without them. Through my disciples and those among them who have believed, Godwill reach the goal. I believe it with all my heart.
When I saw the video of that woman at the healing service of Gweru, it was a resurrection. She was dead. Look at her son, hopeless, holding her head and touching her chest to see if her heart was still beating.
She was passing away. But it was Apostle Yanick's prayer that brought her back to life. Before getting to the hospital, she had already regained consciousness and was able to sit on her own in the hospital wheelchair that was transporting her, instead of a stretcher. It was a resurrection.
She was in the same condition as the dying woman on March 10, 2025, at Akasia Hall, who was emptying herself of her blood and who had made me rush into the auditorium ahead of time.
This woman of Gweru had been losing blood for seven years despite efforts from medicine. It was the same prayer that had stopped that bleeding instantly, that had resurrected her in the auditorium of Gweru when Satan, seeing his failure, had raged against her to kill her.
The earth no longer believes in divine healing as the early Christians did. People are sick. Religious men who should be praying for the sick are queuing up in hospitals with serious illnesses that they have been suffering from for years.
The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 16:12: "And Asa in the thirty-ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was extremely great; yet in his disease he did not seek Jehovah, but the physicians."
This is a passage from the Bible that should call the attention of every religious person who has been undergoing treatment for an illness for more than a year. Whether it is high blood pressure, diabetes, haemorrhoids or any other illness, it is a punishment from God from the moment that your illness reaches one year.
And if anyone tells you that 2 Chronicles 16:12 is not referring to doctors who are in our hospitals, know that this person is dishonest. Let us be sincere like Gideon in Judges 6:13!
Gideon was sincere and honest. That is why he could cry out in Judges 6:13, "Ah, my Lord, if Jehovah is with us, where are all His miracles that our fathers told us of?"
All of you, religious men of the earth, repent and come back to God. And God will heal you and give you His power. And through you and me, God will heal and bring back to Himself all those who do not know Him.
In God, no disease is incurable, not even HIV, which I have healed several times. No one must consider his illness as an eternal punishment from God until his death. Eternal punishment, the Lord Jesus carried it in our place on the cross of Golgotha. Divine healing is real and relevant today.
This is a call from God to bring the God of the Holy Bible out of history through the power of the Holy Spirit through miracles and divine healing. It is God's call to show mankind that our Lord Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. And whoever loves God must respond to this call.
While churches should be promoting divine healing, they are the ones doing antichrist actions. Every year, some churches build hospitals and distribute millions of wheelchairs and some crutches to the disabled and to paralytics throughout the world.
And this year, 2025, the church of the latter-day saints has donated more than 600 wheelchairs and numerous crutches to the paralytics and disabled of Ivory Coast, while I preach divine healing.
The Lord Jesus Christ never said to the Church, "Go, preach the good news! Build hospitals! Distribute wheelchairs and crutches to the paralytics!" That is contrary to the mission given by the Lord Jesus Christ to the Church. That is unusual and antichrist.
And after reading or listening to me, all the churches that have done similar actions must repent and make public requests for forgiveness to God and to mankind. And after their request for forgiveness, as a sign of redemption, they must be the first to join this revival for the return of the power of the Holy Spirit in the Church.
Throughout Africa, Europe, America, or Asia, this call is addressed to everyone from God. Let us break down our church barriers and walk together for the return of the power of the Holy Spirit in the Church. And every religious leader must stand up and motivate all those with whom he works to enter into this revival.
A revival needs a man to stand up first and call his brothers to rise up. This is what is happening now. And you must be among the first to respond to this call. It is not about Kacou Philippe or this or that church, or this or that prophet or man of God, but it is about Christ and Salvation.
For all that you reproach me, forgive me. At all times, it is through a man that God has acted towards men, and God will never change His way of doing things. And that man may be your neighbour or even your enemy, and you are obliged to listen to him in obedience to God.
Therefore, let whoever reads or listens to these words return to the foundations of the Bible and put aside his personal interests and honour, and spread these words of the revival in his house, at his work, with his acquaintances, in his church and everywhere. This is his mission in this revival of the Church in our time.
It is a solemn call for the restoration of Christ's reign upon the earth through a great revival of the power of the Holy Spirit, as it was the case many times in the history of the Church.
What the Christians of old did around Charles Finney and others, so that today we speak of the Moravian revival, the Welsh revival, or the Azusa Street revival, is what the Lord Jesus Christ, our God, is calling us to do for our time and for future generations. And he that can understand, let him understand.
