1 Oracles that I, Prophet Kacou Philippe, slave of Jesus Christ, I have given on this April 11, 2026, to the saints who are on the path to the dimension of spiritual gifts.
2 First, I come back to the subject of artificial intelligence. Recently, I asked artificial intelligence some questions. Its answers were those of true human intelligence.
3 I asked it: "Is Kacou Philippe a true prophet?", and it replied: "Despite a direct calling and a quasi-canonical body of writings, Kacou Philippe is considered a false prophet because no Christian consensus validates him. However, rejection by men does not exclude authenticity".
4 Artificial intelligence is a wonder of humanity. But, for Salvation, it cannot replace the prophet and the priesthood, just as, for health, it cannot replace doctors and the medical profession.
5 And in the vision on artificial intelligence, while wanting to baptize the woman-Church in the waters of artificial intelligence, I said to her: "If I, your prophet, artificial intelligence reaches my chest, then take heed that artificial intelligence may not rise above your chin".
6 So avoid any deviation with artificial intelligence, so Satan may not turn you into robots or AI dolls.
7 Also, until this year, 2026, there is no article on Kacou Philippe in the French Wikipedia. This is because of the partisan Wikipedia administrators who are against my Message and who mix their faith with their work.
8 Whoever writes a French article about "Kacou Philippe" on Wikipedia, that is immediately deleted. But Elon Musk’s encyclopedia has created an extensive and detailed article on Kacou Philippe.
9 Oftentimes, our hatred can debase and humiliate us despite our competence. Just as Microsoft’s Encarta encyclopedia fell and disappeared in the face of Wikipedia, Wikipedia can fall and disappear in the face of any other encyclopedia.
10 As people do not have the notion of a prophet, they attack my private life. But a son of God knows that a prophet is covered by the heavenly immunity. When the Bible says, "Blessed is the man to whom God does not impute sin", it is of the prophet that the Bible speaks.
11 When Moses takes the Ethiopian woman, when Martin Luther pushes the Germans to kill the Jews, or when William Branham changes his name from Marvin, which has six letters, to Marrion, which has seven letters, to make his three names correspond to the three mountain peaks and the seven summits in the state of Montana, these are not sins because they are prophets.
12 William Branham had changed his name from Marvin to Marrion and announced it on March 24, 1963, during a question-and-answer session. And William Branham agreed with racial segregation. But God will not condemn either Luther or Branham because they are prophets. Only God knows the sin of his prophets.
13 Now, regarding the dowry, if you do not share the dowry of your virgin daughter with pagans and if you do not eat of the dowry of their daughters who prostitute themselves before marriage, you are doing well. And if you do not eat of the dowry of girls who have lost their virginity after knowing the Message, you are doing well. You must be holy before Jehovah your God.
14 And a Brother who has just got married and who approaches his wife must not serve in the assembly. He will remain as a mere church member until he returns to consecration.
15 15 Now, on several occasions, dishonest Brothers have appropriated properties belonging to the Message that were registered in their names. On this basis, the Church can register and establish its identity with the State. In this way, it will be able to purchase its own properties in its own name or hold a bank account in its own name.
16 If we have an identity while being Christians, the Church can also have an identity without submitting to the State. This will prevent a dishonest Brother from putting everything in his name and then appropriating it for himself. And also, the bank account of an assembly must be overseen by several people.
17 Also, one does not have to be someone’s superior or equal to call him out in private or in public if he acts wrongly. There is no category of people authorised to react against a certain category of people. And anyone can forward something from one group to another, if he considers that thing good for other Brothers.
18 Everyone has the right to expose the wrongdoing of others in a group. You can ignore what he has said, but no one must attack him if he acted upon a revelation. If he realises that his action is not good, he will confess and receive prayer.
19 And also, one who is known amongst you as someone who does not understand his revelations, do not give him an important responsibility, such as managing an internet group or any other office requiring the understanding of revelations.
20 For example, thanks to artificial intelligence, a pastor had created a wonderful video on the film of the last judgment as described in Kc.60. After publishing the film, a Brother told him to delete his video because he had made the representation of Jesus of Nazareth, and he deleted the video.
21 Then another Brother told him that he should not delete the video because it was artificial intelligence that had done the representation of Jesus, and therefore it was correct, because it was God who authorised us in Kc.176 to use artificial intelligence.
22 Upon these words, the pastor reposted the video on the internet. He had no position. Yet he should have seen beforehand that Satan would come and tell him to delete his video. Our suffering, it’s the people of the cathedral. Whoever you are, you must not blend in with the people, but you must have an identity.
23 How will artificial intelligence reproduce the film of the last judgment without making a representation of the Lord Jesus and the living and the dead? Artificial intelligence can make a representation of everyone, including the angels and the prophets.
24 Well. There was a stop of healing services on November 16, 2025, to resume in 2026 in God’s perfect will.
25 And the Angel revealed to me that from this stop of the healing services, all those who walk by revelation would act to lead the assemblies into consecration, so that at the resumption, the gatherings would no longer be in the valleys, but on the mountaintops with all the spiritual gifts.
26 The Angel revealed to me that the spiritual Brothers who look to their own revelations and not to the prophet would not sit, doing nothing, but would act against the cats and rats and against sex demons that cancel consecrations.
27 The Angel also revealed to me that it is because of a lack of consecration that the priesthood does not preach and that the services are as cold as funerals. The people have dreams that call them out on their conduct, but they refuse to change their lives.
28 But you who are sincere, whether you are a preacher or not, preach consecration! Even if no one listens to you, preach consecration just as you preached judgment despite the fact that no one listened to you.
29 Throughout the Bible, from Moses and the prophets, through the Lord Jesus and the history of the Church, has there ever been a Christianity without suffering and without the cross? No, never!
30 During the time of the lion, the calf and the living creature with the face of man, Christians obeyed God unto death. History tells us that 68 million Christians were killed by pagan Rome for their obedience to God. Revelation 12:11 says that they did not love their life even unto death.
31 And today, in the dimension of the eagle, which is the dimension of spiritual gifts, it is only consecration that God asks of us. This is no more than what God asked of the early Christians. Brothers and Sisters, sex and food will pass away!
32 And from the stop of the healing services, many confirmed and mandated ministers, as well as pastors and preachers and almost all the former apostles, have been inactive in helping the people. Instead of acting, they have been reinforcing their own consecration far from the people.
33 And I saw in a vision that the confirmed ministers and mandated ministers who had not acted to help the assemblies enter into consecration were my father’s eldest son, who was born of the granted will and who had beaten my father.
34 The ministers should have worked to make their brothers capable of receiving the confirmation and the mandate like them, through the other spiritual gifts, but they did not do so. Thus, I have declared by the word of the Lord that there are no more mandated ministers, including the brave Brother Pedro Aleixo.
35 To receive the mandate in the perfect will, they must once again work according to Kc.176:130 and drive out the goat and the ram and the spirit of Abraham Mazel and the cats fed by the Church.
36 There are cats fed by the Republic. There are cats fed in our homes. But cats fed by the Church of Christ, that is not normal; God does not want them!
37 If God has established you as a pastor or a preacher, He will give you what you must preach. And also, you do not need a revelation to evangelise, to visit people or to go to the pulpit, because the universal Word gives you the right to it.
38 The revelation to go up to the pulpit concerns what you are going to say or do in the pulpit. Your title as a preacher, prayer or song leader already gives you the right to go up to the pulpit. Every Christian must say, as Paul did in 1 Corinthians 9:16: "Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel".
39 Well. Following the vision I had on October 1st, 2025, I had arrived in Mexico in November 2025 to hold healing services there. But at the airport, I was not allowed through security, and I had gone back to France. It was later discovered that this was a mistake on their part.
40 Nevertheless, I will continue to travel all over the world, even if it is not to hold healing services. I will also return to Mexico and Latin America to greet the Brothers.
41 I will also visit Canada, which has granted me a visa valid until September 2029. May God bless all those who love me, and may this be counted in their favour at the last judgement.
42 In December 2025, I had understood that the vision of October 1st, 2025, concerning Latin America was a future work of God that another prophet might accomplish. This is similar to the vision that William Branham had in December 1955 regarding the ministry under the tent.
43 In the vision of October 1st, 2025, I had seen, from Africa, a virgin forest that no man had touched. And behind this virgin forest was the United States of America. After Africa, it is probably the jubilee of Latin America. And it is a prophet from Latin America who will accomplish this.
44 We were looking at the skin colour of North Africans and Arabs, whereas there are Latin Americans whose skin colour is brown, between blacks and whites, darker than the skin of Arabs.
45 The Angel I had seen in the vision of December 20, 2025, was the same Angel of April 24, 1993, but this time he had a brown complexion like that of Latin Americans.
46 Well. If someone is led by God, he will not lead people to sit in the prophet’s seat, but he will lead them to walk by revelation.
47 On December 17, 2025, in an assembly in Angola, instead of preaching, the pastor had put an audio sermon of the prophet. While listening to the audio, the pastor, who was sitting at the back of the room, saw in a vision a flash of lightning pass behind the pulpit. Then the chair he was sitting on broke, and he fell violently, his head hit the wall.
48 And, overcome with fear, instead of turning to God to understand what had happened to him, he picked up his phone and wrote directly to the prophet to ask what he should do.
49 What will such a pastor teach his church members? And if you the pastor, you write to the prophet instead of turning to God, what will your church members do? And the church members of such pastors have difficulties with the Message and consecration.
50 Money and their stomach are their gods. And because of their stomach and the cares of life, they refuse offices. Their revelations, defilements and immobilisations call them out, but they ignore them.
51 Know that if, in an assembly, an unworthy Brother goes to the pulpit or if the service is cancelled or disrupted because of your unavailability, God will hold you accountable, and you will bear the consequences along with your household.
52 Know that one who refuses to live according to the Message and his revelations and who dies of a disease such as high blood pressure, haemorrhoids, ulcers, diabetes, and any kind of cancer or other long-term illness, that can be similar to suicide.
53 Prostate or uterine cancer is God’s punishment for people possessed by sex demons. Some people, aged over 60, have sexual relations. And you, a post-menopausal woman, it is obligatorily a sex demon that leads you and your partner to have a sexual relationship. And the end of it is prostate cancer and uterine cancer that you will get.
54 Well. When it comes to dreams and visions, God speaks to each person according to his capacity, and blessed are the children, the fools and the poor in knowledge. God speaks to them almost without riddles.
55 Apart from the universal Word, know that a piece of advice or a note from the prophet or the revelation of a minister is not above your revelations. That was the mistake of the young prophet in 1 Kings 13.
56 Well. On Sunday, February 1st, 2026, in an assembly in Douala, Cameroon, there was to be a healing service, but Apostle Didier Mingah, who is their pastor, cancelled it because there were no guests. He decided on a simple service with the listening to an audio sermon of the prophet.
57 As soon as the prophet’s sermon began, Sister Annette prophesied, saying: "Stop the sermon! Didier Mingah, did I not tell you to hold a healing service? Why are you disobeying my word? Do as I told you! There are sick people in this congregation! …"
58 And the prophecy lasted about 20 minutes and touched on several points of the Message in Cameroon, but did not touch the members of the assembly. The assembly remained calm and attentive and listened, because the words were important.
59 And of the three itinerant preachers whom Cameroon had chosen for itself through revelations, the prophecy eliminated two and kept only Apostle Christophe Mbena.
60 And after the prophecy, the assembly immediately proceeded to the stage of examining the spiritual manifestation to determine whether it came from God, in order to decide whether or not to hold the healing service.
61 A Brother says that while the Sister was prophesying, he had seen in a vision a man dressed in white walking onto the platform.
62 A little girl, not yet baptised, says that while the Sister was prophesying, she saw in a vision a man dressed in white walking in the room. But when she opened her eyes, she could not see him.
63 An elderly woman says that while the Sister was prophesying, she had seen in a vision two men dressed in white, standing at the door of the temple. One of these men looked like an angel. And the other man was the prophet. And the prophet was walking in the room and onto the platform and between the rows.
64 Then the assembly decided to hold the healing service. And while the congregation sang songs of meditation for the healing service, the same Sister Annette stood up and walked between the rows. She prayed for the sick sitting in their seats and spoke to the audience.
65 The Sister walked between the rows, following the path taken by the prophet as described in the old woman’s vision. Everything went well. The congregation responded to her words with "Amen!".
66 Kc.158:20 says: "In any circumstance, give priority to prophecies. … if a prophecy is confirmed, it must be applied". Kc.167:85 says that: "The confirmation or judgment by vision is when, during the prophecy or preaching, someone sees in a vision a scene linked to what you are saying or doing."
67 When there is a spiritual manifestation at the present stage, the priority for judging it is therefore a spiritual gift or a vision that occurred during the manifestation.
68 God, who knows all things, had provided for this prophecy to be confirmed in view of the holding of the healing service. And the people who were able to judge it were the people present in that assembly that day, because whether the healing service would be held or not depended on it.
69 And later, when Brother Florentin, one of the two itinerant preachers deposed by the prophecy, had learnt of the prophecy, he called it diabolical and warned Cameroon against such manifestations. And at his request, an administrator of the group of Cameroon removed the comments that went against his word.
70 Many group administrators are only militiamen acting on the orders of a man, rather than serving God. And in case of a scandal, these administrators militiamen remain hidden in the shadows. Be aware that your actions follow you. God sees everything and will reward each person according to his deeds.
71 Note that Apostle Jacob Ahoudji of Benin visited Cameroon in January 2026 and carried out wonderful work there, travelling throughout almost the whole of Cameroon. He did the same in Togo in March 2026, holding special services there with prayer for the sick.
72 However, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, he led Cameroon to re-examine Sister Annette’s prophecy of February 1st, 2026. They re-examined the prophecy in the group of the country and found that it came from God. It was then that they deposed the two itinerant preachers.
73 On Sunday, February 22, 2026, in an assembly of Libreville, Gabon, there was a spiritual manifestation. First, Sister Célicka Lisa, who had come to the assembly with Sister Yati Djanta, begins to prophesy.
74 And when she stops prophesying, a Sister named Rosalie takes over and begins to speak words of knowledge. Sister Célicka also resumes with words of knowledge. The two Sisters prophesied at the same time on opposite sides of the congregation without causing any confusion. That is, therefore, possible in an assembly.
75 After the manifestations, the prayer leader resumed leading, intending to continue with the preaching, but no preacher was willing to step forward to preach. So, he put an audio sermon of the prophet.
76 As long as the revelations of a prophecy are correct, you have nothing to say but to obey them; but if it is an imitator, do not obey them. Even if his prophecy is confirmed or comes from a so-called prophet, judge it. Nehemiah 6 shows how many prophets and prophetesses had prophesied lies against Nehemiah. But Nehemiah did not obey them.
77 Nevertheless, when a gift is at work, be disciplined. If, in the congregation, someone begins to sing or pray in the Spirit or in tongues, you can also pray or sing quietly at the same time.
78 Also, the leader did not act wrongly in following the course of the service, for, according to the prophecies, there was no need to stop to examine them. Nevertheless, the assembly examined the prophecies at the end of the service.
79 If Sister Célicka often changes assemblies to attend service, that is good. It is the transformation of the gift into ministry. And if Minister Yati Djanta travels with her because of the spiritual gifts that she has, that is correct. That is the reason why Apostle Paul liked to travel with Timothy.
80 Every authentic spiritual gift is a blessing for the Church. And if one day the gift or the person fails through a false prophecy or other, help him to get back on his feet straight away.
81 Every assembly must have spiritual gifts to expose any preacher who is serving whisky or palm wine to make the goat act amongst you.
82 On Sunday, March 8, 2026, Sister Célicka was in another assembly in Libreville. In the middle of the preaching, she stands up and shouts at the preacher: "Shut up! Shut up!" The preacher keeps quiet. Then, walking towards the preacher, she goes and prophesies first on a married Brother who is hiding sins of adultery and sexual fondling of pagan women.
83 She was moving forward with force, shouting: "Idriss, Idriss! Stop that! Are you sure you have confessed all your sins? Where do you think you are? This is not a place where you must come and hide your sins! Have you confessed the sexual fondling you did with the girl? Have you confessed the adultery? Confess the adultery!" The Brother in question admits to all the sins.
84 Then she turns to the preacher and says to him: "You who are in the pulpit, are you not engaging in impure practices on this people? …" There is a silence. Then the preacher calls a leader and leaves the pulpit. This is what must happen here, in the third dimension, because the third dimension is the dimension of spiritual gifts. I will give you the video.
85 A video of prophecy made public must not be an open door to imitation. Do not turn your thoughts into prophecies. You must fear Jehovah your God.
86 Now, if a prophecy orders you to come down from the pulpit or to do something, there are two options. Either you come down from the pulpit, even though the prophecy will be examined by the assembly with a leader, or you condemn the demon and the prophecy aloud, and you do not come down from the pulpit.
87 When a prophecy or a vision tells you that you are unworthy to stand in the pulpit, if you come down from the pulpit without contesting, you will seek out the cause, and you will confess your sin, and you will receive prayer with the help of the assembly. And there is no delay for you to return to the pulpit.
88 If the vision or prophecy does not contradict your preaching or what you do in the pulpit, you are free to continue. But if the vision or prophecy is against you, and you continue to remain in the pulpit, then you are an enemy, and the deacons must stop you.
89 While in the pulpit, in the middle of his preaching, Pastor Mathias Tougou of Benin had fallen in a strange manner. The deacons lifted him and carried him outside.
90 And having come back to his senses, he stood up and returned to the pulpit despite having lost all his offices according to Kc.176:114. But a deacon had opposed him, as King Uzziah was opposed in 2 Chronicles 26, and had made him leave the pulpit. There are deacons and Brothers who act for God.
91 A preaching must be inspired so as not to fight or quench the spiritual gifts. And when you have the grace to make spiritual gifts manifest through your preaching, always make sure that God authorises you to go to a country or a church that invites you because of this grace that you have.
92 In the evening time, in the restoration with William Branham, the inspiration of God-fearing preachers was subordinated to the exercise of spiritual gifts, which took place apart from the assembly.
93 All those who had gifts of revelation and visions would gather in prayer every Sunday before the service, before the church members arrived. The revelations they had received were read from the pulpit at the start of the service.
94 And it was following these revelations, resulting from the exercise of the gifts, that the preacher of the day delivered his sermon. This is what took place in the Branhamist church that I had attended in 1993.
95 And there, being under the anointing of the spirit of the ram, the associate pastor named Adon would walk forward and then backwards, just like a ram in a fight, but he would spread his arms like an eagle to deceive the congregation. An eagle does not move back and forth like a ram in a fight.
96 Here at midnight, in the restitution, there is no exercise of gifts apart from the assembly. The preacher must preach according to his revelation, and a vision or a prophecy must come to confirm his preaching.
97 If a spiritual manifestation is confirmed by visions, it is not a preaching, which is the exercise of a ministry, that will not be.
98 Through the gifts of revelation, an entire assembly or a country can be transformed. And this kind of transformation is profound and brings about a change of life. The Church necessarily needs 1 Corinthians 12 and inspired preachings.
99 The Church needs inspired preachings that make spiritual gifts manifest. And in the middle of a preaching, a preacher can manifest spiritual gifts himself.
100 On Sunday, March 22, 2026, our precious Brother Tridon Cayembe, who had come from Angola to Kinshasa, was invited to preach in an assembly. And during his sermon, he gave several words of knowledge.
101 The report of the service indicates that all the revelations that he had given were correct. However, at the end of the sermon, two Brothers intervened to correct him regarding a word in his sermon concerning the cock crow. He humbly apologised.
102 On Sunday, March 15, 2026, Sister Annette gave another prophecy, which was a continuation of the prophecy she had given on February 1st, 2026. The prophecy concerned the members of the assembly. And the prophecy gave a two-month sanction outside to three Sisters, including the pastor’s wife.
103 If a prophecy gives you a sanction or expels you from the assembly, the first judge is you. Either you obey, or you plead if you believe it is God, or you disobey if you believe it is the devil. Your revelations must be able to guide you. Also, I have clearly taught you the nature and the purpose of the goat and the ram in Kc.168.
104 And during the prophecy on that March 15, there were loud lamentations and weeping, and people, including the pastor’s wife, were on their knees. An atmosphere of repentance was felt in the assembly.
105 A Sister, at the back of the room, was under the anointing. She had seen in a vision what was going to happen. She said: "I was sitting and I saw a man dressed in white who seemed to be rebuking the congregation angrily; he had his finger pointed at the congregation, but I could not hear his words.
106 I was scared, and I began to tremble with fear. I said to myself, ‘O Lord, who is going to explain to us what is happening?’ My lips were trembling, and my tongue was moving of its own as if I were about to prophesy.
107 And it was at that very moment that Sister Annette began to prophesy. And as she prophesied, my hands clasped together involuntarily, as if to ask God for forgiveness. And I began to weep, and I knelt. And as she continued to prophesy, I began to calm down."
108 At the end of the manifestation, the shock and confusion were so great that the assembly decided to return on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, to analyse the manifestation.
109 On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the assembly met to judge the prophecy. The entire assembly, including the pastor and those who had been on their knees weeping during the prophecy, judged the prophecy and concluded that it was a work of the devil to destabilise their assembly.
110 However, for the analysis of the prophecy, instead of giving priority to the visions during the prophecy or at least to the revelations from the previous evening, they based their judgment on old dreams that they had had.
111 It was strange because on February 1st , 2026, they had all concluded that it was God when the prophecy did not speak against them. It was as if, for the change of our life, we were refusing the same cup from which we had served the pagans in the days of "pronounce the judgment".
112 And in a dream, Sister Annette saw that she was holding the wheel of a broken wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow is a symbol of reconstruction. Either she destroyed the wheelbarrow herself, or it was the assembly that destroyed the wheelbarrow at the meeting on that Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
113 Nevertheless, concerning the goat, whether the person who prophesies is violent, incoherent in his words or goes mad after prophesying, everything is according to what you deserve. Also, the goat and the ram are part of groping around towards the perfect thing.
114 And according to the inclination of your hearts, God can send a spirit of lies against you, as seen in 1 Kings 22. And if you refuse repentance and change of life, God can use other, harsher means against you.
115 At the evening service on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in an assembly in Angola, a deacon who was hiding his sins stood up and prophesied right in the middle of a preaching, saying: "My servant, stop your preaching! Make the assembly listen to Kc.17, because there are many people among you who are hiding their sins."
116 Very scared, the preacher stopped preaching and had Kc.17 listened. The assembly was happy. But that same night, following the prophecy, the deacon began to show the first signs of madness.
117 And at the next service, the assembly was astonished at the list of sins that the deacon read out during the public confession. And after the confession, the madness resumed, and he was taken to the mental hospital. If you refuse to obey God, you will obey Satan.
118 Regarding the kind of prophecy Sister Annette gave, in many countries, there are problems that have lasted for years, and you are divided over those problems, and you are unable to resolve them. And prophecies are needed to resolve them.
119 For example, a Brother may be good and active in the Message, and when he mistakenly marries a bad Sister, she destroys him forever before your eyes, and you will do nothing to save him. An active Brother may make a mistake, and it is you, the country, who break him and kill him.
120 In Ivory Coast, a young Brother who has been in the Message for 13 years and who has never been cited for a sin of Kc.17:37 had acted wrongly. He is a Brother who is always in consecration. And he is often the only Brother who takes on the roles of prayer leader, song leader and preacher in a small assembly in Abidjan.
121 He evangelises and often makes his car available to the Brothers for evangelism. And often, after the services, he drives the weak and infirm home.
122 As for his sin, he had suggested to a young Sister that she put her name in the marriage group so that he could make a marriage proposal to her. The young Sister went and exposed him to her pastor. And in turn, the pastor of the young Sister put that in the group of the country.
123 And following his confession, the country branded him a sexual predator, deposed him of all his offices and gave him a seven-month sanction outside, and one of the confirmed ministers came and validated the sanction, and all the other confirmed ministers of Ivory Coast approved it.
124 The Sister acted well, but in what way is the Brother a sexual predator? Did he want to sleep with the Sister or sexually fondle her? No! Does he have the habit of doing that? No! And a Brother had seen in a dream that some confirmed ministers were murderers, head-choppers.
125 Being a model Brother who has never had any sanction outside after 13 years in the Message, the conclusion of his confession should have just been advice directed at him. Pastors and preachers are the heads of the Church. And giving a sanction outside or deposing a Brother can make you a murderer, a head-chopper, if the sanction is devoid of love or does not correspond to the sin.
126 And you have often acted with too much satanism; that is why the Church needs the gifts of revelation. A prophecy can be a help to the weak, the despised and the forsaken. Prophecy can be God’s weapon against your wickedness.
127 Prophecies will resolve many problems that you have been unable to solve. And you have nothing to say but: "Amen!" God’s judgment is the perfect judgment.
128 And what people do not want to accept through preachings or through interventions during their confessions, they will accept it through prophecy because they know that the Angel stands beside the one who prophesies.
129 In Congo-Kinshasa, a pastor’s wife had been behaving very badly and had confessed. After the confession, she went out and went to sit outside to cry because of the way the Brothers and Sisters had spoken to her. If it had been a prophecy that had spoken harshly to her, she would have been scared and would not have acted that way.
130 Well. There are three dimensions, but Abraham Mazel’s dimension is not among them. Abraham Mazel’s disciples are the bad students who find themselves in bars, smoking rooms and drug dens near the second dimension while their fellow pupils are in class.
131 The gifts of revelation must intervene as soon as the "it is written" of the cathedral and the dreams and visions reach their limits.
132 Well. Now, know that the optimal disposition is not found only in fasting and prayer. In addition to fasting and prayer, there are other things.
133 For example, in January 2025, the prohibition of hot water for bathing was among the things that the Angel had revealed to me for the purification of my hands and the effectiveness of the spiritual gifts. At the moment of the operation of a spiritual gift, hot water, perfumes, and ointments on you can be handicaps. The solution is to put yourself in the skin of a poor person.
134 Now, if, compared to evangelicals and Branhamists, we are at this superior level of the manifestation of spiritual gifts, it is because we have chosen the narrow path of holiness through public confession.
135 But also, if someone takes part in the public confession unworthily, sooner or later he will pay the price, just as one who takes part in the Holy Communion unworthily.
136 On March 20, 2025, Pastor Semassa of Benin became mad. And it was in his madness that his wife admitted to the Brothers that she and her husband were not walking according to the Message.
137 For example, she committed adultery with a pagan being in the Message, but her husband, who is a pastor, told her that if she confessed this adultery in the congregation, he would cast her away. And now, she seized the opportunity of her husband’s madness to confess her adultery.
138 Brothers and Sisters, let us love public confession. All the early Christians practised public confession just as we practice it here. Many books on the history of the Church speak of public confession.
139 Until the 4th century after Jesus Christ, public confession was the only way of confessing sins that Christians knew. A Christian who does not practise public confession is a liar, just like one who claims to be in the consecration, but who does not approach the pulpit.
140 Before the compilation of the New Testament, the book that the early Christians gave to all those who converted to Christianity was called the ‘Didache’. It was written between the years 50 and 90 after Jesus Christ under the title: "Doctrines of the Twelve Apostles to the Nations".
141 And it is written in the Didache: "Do not abandon any of the Lord’s commandments. Keep everything you have received without adding anything to it or taking anything away from it. Confess your sins before the Church, and you shall not enter into prayer with an evil conscience. This is the way of life."
142 An honest person who loves God cannot go and sit in a church where public confession is not practised. That is how you will recognise honest people and dishonest people in Christian clothing.
143 What we call "sanctions" today were known as "penance" in the early Church. For example, for confessing a lie or a petty theft, the penance might have been three days of fasting. And for adultery, it was temporary excommunication, that is to say, a sanction outside. But on the side of the Catholic Church, the sanctions were in money.
144 And already, the early pastors were unable to keep their congregations in holiness. And so, because of sins, many Christians left the Church so as not to have to repeat the same confessions before the congregation and go from penance to penance.
145 At all times, when the priesthood fails, sin takes hold, and either the assemblies become cold and full of sins, or they lose their members.
146 If you have a cold assembly, review your revelations that established your pastors and preachers. You may be a victim of Abraham Mazel. And Abraham Mazel’s revelations always designate remarkable people in the assembly. Through Abraham Mazel, David would have never been king of Israel, and I would have never been a prophet.
147 The goat and the ram are the consequence of all this wickedness. God gives the wheat to the prophet. The prophet turns the wheat into flour and gives it to the priests. But the priests, who are supposed to turn the flour into bread and give it to the people, refuse. They make people listen to sermons rather than preaching themselves.
148 Listening to a sermon in an assembly can be like a pastor or preacher saying to an assembly: "Here is some flour from the prophet. Eat it and go and place your stomachs near fire. The flour will turn into bread or cakes in your stomachs!"
149 Brothers and Sisters, the goat and the ram are the consequence of all this wickedness. And it is the dimension of the evangelicals and the Branhamists. We must cross the dimension of the goat and the ram by changing our lives to reach the dimension of the Lamb, which is the dimension of spiritual gifts.
150 And while I was meditating on the manifestations of the goat in the Message, I had a vision. I looked, and I saw at a distance some old women in a white car, and they were calling for help because a young man was trying to rape them.
151 The young man also accused the elderly women of trying to seduce him. And as he spoke, the young man was holding a condom in his hand, which he had taken from the car of the elderly women.
152 And as I watched, I saw that the young man had the face of a Cameroonian evangelical prophet named Ferdinand Ekane, who has a gift of the word of knowledge similar to that of William Branham. And the vision left me.
153 We are born with our spiritual gifts within us, and God never takes them away. We choose ourselves to quench them through our bad lives, or to put them at the service of God or at the service of the devil.
154 The goat is fallen angels disguised as the Holy Spirit to fight or seduce the inhabitants of the earth who do not have the love of the truth. The main entry point for the goat into Christianity was the United States, through Pentecostalism and the Azusa Street Revival.
155 And now, the goat enters Christianity from everywhere. In Daniel 8, the ram stood near Prophet Daniel in the East, by the river Ulai. The ram leaves the East and Israel and goes out to the whole earth, while the goat comes from the whole earth against the true Church and the saints who walk by revelation. This is according to Daniel 8 and 1 Kings 19:11-13.
156 The goat and the ram are the dimension of the evangelicals and the Branhamists, but apart from that, there is the dimension of the Angel and the Lamb, as I saw it in the vision of April 24, 1993.
157 The gifts of revelation, such as prophecy, speaking in tongues and words of knowledge, constitute God’s greatest blessings to the Church.
158 158 Today, even though the goat and the ram are at work in our assemblies, know that the ultimate purpose of the midnight Cry is the gentle voice of the Lamb with the wine made from pure, clear honey.
159 Just as we have begun to manifest the gift of healing, so shall we manifest the other spiritual gifts. And all those who have the faith of Joshua and Caleb shall take part in them. We are no longer far from Jerusalem and the upper room.
160 On Monday, February 9, 2026, Sister Sibulisiwe from South Africa had spoken in tongues for the first time in her life. She wanted to pray in her Zulu language, but she began praying in a language that she did not know. This lasted for about 40 minutes. She was at home.
161 And throughout the week, whenever she began to pray, she would pray in tongues without wanting to, and she would prophesy. And during several services, she spoke or prayed in tongues for several minutes during the time of prayer or adoration. This is a baptism of the Holy Spirit, and she is not the only one. And this happened at a time when she was reinforcing her consecration according to her revelations.
162 Well. A confirmed minister can cancel any sanction or decision that has not yet passed three days, except if that sanction or decision has been given or validated by another confirmed minister. A minor prophet or a mandated minister can cancel any sanction or decision without a deadline.
163 If this sanction or decision comes from another mandated minister, then the cancellation must be with that minister’s permission.
164 A prophet or a mandated minister can give a pastor directly to an assembly that does not have one, but a confirmed minister can propose one.
165 On Saturday, 14 and Sunday, 15 March 2026, in Katadji, I had a physical meeting with a large number of confirmed and mandated ministers. Were present: Pascal Vichi and Harry William from Europe. Pedro Aleixo, Manuel Ubisse and Salvador Machuza from Mozambique. Phindile Tshuma, Joram Nkomo and Elifas Nhundu from Zimbabwe. Aniceto Manuel and Hugo Zé from Angola.
166 Lucas Ntimane from South Africa; Jacob Ahoudji from Benin; Yati Djanta from Gabon; Élie Unim, Joël Mungu, Ubotha Dieudonné and David Pirwoth from Congo-Kinshasa; Christophe Mbena from Cameroon; and all the confirmed and mandated ministers of Ivory Coast. And there we took the Holy Communion.
167 The apostles Elifas Nhundu and Harry William are confirmed ministers because, despite being deposed, they have kept their zeal, travelling and visiting the assemblies just as they did when they had their rights of apostles. God’s work is not linked to a title but to revelation.
168 Know that those who move forward by looking to their revelations and not to the prophet are the eaglets who have become eagles which left the nest. Their absolute in the past was the prophet, but now their absolute is God Himself through their revelations. This is the faith of the wise virgins.
169 Revelation is the pillar of faith. And when, following his revelation, someone is confessing a sin that you do not know, let him finish his confession and pray for him.
170 When we speak of revelation, the people of the cathedral are silent, looking for an opportunity to lead you to the field of reasoning and arguments. Do not give them that opportunity.
171 They seek the prophet’s approval instead of following their revelations. To seek the prophet’s approval rather than trusting in God through one’s revelations is to sit in the prophet’s seat.
172 In 1 Samuel 3, when young Samuel began to hear the voice of God calling him, he would get up and go to Eli. And on the third time, Eli told him not to come to him but to say to Jehovah: "Speak, Jehovah, your servant is listening".
173 And the Bible says in 1 Samuel 3 that young Samuel turned to Eli because he did not know Jehovah. But when Eli told him to turn to Jehovah, he no longer turned to Eli, but he spoke directly to God, and God answered him.
174 God is alive and answers all those who call upon Him. No one should do so in your place when you, too, have the right to speak to God.
175 Why does God answer others but not you? And if God does not answer you, repent to restore your communion with God instead of seeking magicians, as King Saul did in 1 Samuel 28.
176 The discipleship of an apostle or pastor and sitting in the seat of a prophet are two aspects of the same demon. Prophetic faith is different from sitting in a prophet’s seat. And sitting in a prophet’s seat is what the eaglet turned eagle does when it refuses to leave the nest.
177 If the revelations lead you towards the stability and spirituality of the assemblies, do it! If they lead you towards special services and healing services, do it! If they lead you towards social networks, the media, video projections and video creations using artificial intelligence, do it!
178 And the cameramen in our assemblies and healing services are doing a poor job. They should be looking at everything through the camera, but that is not what they do.
179 In the perfect will, the revelations received in the assembly must be communicated to the assembly immediately, if necessary. For example, Sister Rosine’s vision reported in Kc.155:102 should have been given to the assembly straight away, even before the preacher preached.
180 Sister Rosine should have made a quick note or informed a deacon if she felt the vision was for the assembly. And the one who was in the pulpit should give her the opportunity to share it with the assembly if he too saw it that way.
181 In God’s perfect will, you must be the solution for the healing and redemption of the pagans around you. And one day, when these people see you in paradise, they will run to you and hug you.
182 And they will say to you joyfully: "Precious Brother or precious Sister, on earth, if you had not believed in Kacou Philippe, we would not have been saved to be here in God’s paradise!" You know that pagans have uttered this sentence several times during our healing services.
183 Well. Now, know that in the perfect will, which is the dimension of spiritual gifts, we must move from dreams and visions to spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues, words of knowledge and prophecies through the Spirit of the Lamb.
184 Prophecies and the other gifts of revelation are God speaking directly to man without riddles. These are the firstfruits of the millennium. This is the perfect thing. Every child of God loves this and desires to see this. And the gifts of revelation will bring about conversions just as the gift of healing does.
185 Let us move forward with conviction. If it is for the Message that you are acting, know that the Angel of God, who is the Angel of April 24, 1993, stands beside you.
186 We are currently marching towards the millennium, towards the direct communion with our Creator without riddles. We shall be like a kingdom of prophets and prophetesses.
187 Now, listen to me: Israel consulting the prophets was not the perfect thing. And Abraham, Isaac and Jacob did not walk in the light of the prophets but in the light of dreams and visions.
188 It was sin that separated man from his Creator, and that brought the notion of dreams and visions, then the notion of a prophet, and then the notion of priesthood. And mankind must gradually begin to come back to the direct communion with God, as in Eden.
189 In the beginning, after the fall in Eden, God cast man out of His presence, but in His love, He gave man a means of direct communication similar to the telephone. And this means of communication is dreams and visions, as it was with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
190 And as man was unable to understand dreams and visions, God gave him another means of communication, which is the prophet messenger.
191 Before the fall of man, there were no prophets, nor dreams and visions, because Adam and Eve were in God’s presence. I do not need to speak on the telephone with people who are in my presence.
192 And the restitution and the restoring of all things between God and man before the millennium was to take place first through the means of communication provided by dreams and visions, and then get to the spiritual gifts through the Spirit of the Lamb. This was the purpose of the prophet messengers. The millennium is the restitution of the Garden of Eden.
193 In a vision, I saw two high mountains. And a great expanse of standing water was in the valley, between the two mountains.
194 And a man who, at times resembled me, at times resembled a Hebrew prophet, was coming down from the first mountain towards the great standing water. He was holding a woman by the hand. And the woman had tobacco powder in her mouth and spoke my mother tongue with a different accent.
195 And the man, holding the woman’s hand, walked upon the waters and crossed the waters with the woman. And after he had crossed the waters, he could go no further, for the continuity of the path was guarded by magicians and snake charmers.
196 The woman disappeared, and the man remained alone with his servant. Then his servant also disappeared, and he remained alone. And I saw a large and majestic crowd coming from the first mountain. A transparent man was walking in front of the crowd.
197 And when the crowd reached the valley, the great standing water parted in two. And the crowd crossed the waters on dry ground and immediately began to climb towards the top of the second mountain. And the first man was standing on the side of the road and was watching the crowd parade past him.
198 And a path was being cleared before the crowd. And at the centre of the crowd was a group of all those who have spiritual gifts. Their garments were green in colour. And they were all going up towards the top of the second mountain, and the vision left me.
199 From now on, humans who love God will begin to enter into God’s direct covenant. It is every saint walking under God’s guidance through the gifts of revelation and power by the true Holy Spirit. Yes, we are no longer far from Jerusalem.
200 This grace of the Lamb represents the firstfruits of the millennium. Adam and Eve had it in the beginning, but had lost it. It is God in us, just as in the upper room. The dimension of spiritual gifts through the Spirit of the Lamb is the perfect dimension.
201 After the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus on the cross, God had given this dimension again to the Church in the upper room, but the Church had lost it once again. And in this end of times, God is giving it back to the Church, for He is the God of restitution.
202 Tongues of fire or pillars of fire, not above us but in us, it is eternal Life in us.
203 When spiritual gifts break forth here, people will run in and say: "The true Holy Spirit and the spiritual gifts that God gave to the Church and which the devil took and perverted in evangelical churches have now been restituted to the Church." And this time, the Church will grasp it and hold it close to her heart and will never be able to lose it again. Amen!
