Kacou 182 (Kc.182) : The two doves of the vision of 1993
1 These are the oracles that I, Prophet Kacou Philippe, slave of Jesus Christ, I have given to the saints on September 8, 2026, concerning the visitation of the two doves of the vision of April 24, 1993.
2 On the night of August 20, 2026, Senator Aboh Faustin, one of the great men of Ivory Coast, passed away. He loved me sincerely. In 2016, he had visited me while I was in prison.
3 Well. All those who have love and fear for God have loved the Lord’s order regarding the care they must show their wives. Even if you find that your wife is not submissive, you must do it because she is your sister in Christ.
4 As your bride, you do it for her sake, but as a Sister in Christ, you do it for the sake of Salvation. The way you treat her, God will treat you likewise.
5 Give your wife the treatment you wish your son-in-law to give to your beloved daughter. And you, wife, do to your husband what you wish your daughter-in-law to do to your beloved son.
6 You have loved these words just as you had loved the words on obesity. Obesity is evil before God. And anyone who cannot tie or untie his own shoelaces because of his obesity or weight gain is like a woman who is perpetually menstruating.
7 Also, since Kc.181, there are no more sanctions or putting on observation. This is God’s grace upon his people in the walk toward the Holy Spirit.
8 It is as if, in a school class, all pupils who achieve an average mark of 10 out of 20 at the end of the year will receive their end-of-cycle diplomas. And towards the end of the school year, the school decides to offer a bonus: to add 5 points to the mark of every pupil in the class.
9 From then on, all those who had no hope redouble their efforts to achieve an average of at least 5 so that they can obtain their diploma when the 5-point bonus is added to their mark.
10 And it is also in such circumstances that the one who is wicked will reveal his true seed. It is written: "Let the filthy make himself filthy still, and he that is holy be holy still!"
11 And a scene similar to the one which took place between the serpent and Eve in Eden occurred on August 18, 2026 in Mikalou in Congo-Brazzaville.
12 On the morning of August 18, 2026, as no water was coming out of the taps in their house, a young Sister named Belda had gone to fetch water near the house of a Brother named Color.
13 First, the Brother approached and helped the Sister to draw water. Then he said to the Sister: "Sister Belda, you are treating me as if I were a pagan. Is this right, when we are part of this glorious Message and the pagans hate us?" The Sister asked him for forgiveness.
14 Then he asked to speak to the Sister. The Sister went into his house and sat down. He began to speak, then uttered impure words. Then he seized the Sister in an attempt to rape her.
15 The Sister tried to fight back but could not. And immediately, she remembered that the Message says to scream in such a situation. And when she screamed, he said: "Sister Belda, we are in grace! Do you understand Kc.181? There are no more sanctions or observations!" The Sister screamed even louder. He let her go and stood in front of the door to prevent her from leaving.
16 Then he said to the Sister, "Sister Belda, do you realise the gravity of what you are doing? There are enemies of the Message living all around me. If you scream and they come, what image will you give of the prophet and the Message in the neighbourhood?"
17 The Sister shouted at him forcefully to let her out. Then, realising he had been defeated, he tried to bribe the Sister with money and the promise of marriage. She said to him, "You are an enemy of God and of the Message. You are a demon! You need deliverance. And your deliverance is not marriage!"
18 Then she shouted at him to move away from the door, and he moved away from the door, and she went out. As soon as she arrived home, as she did not have a phone with which to post this, she told her mother everything, and her mother posted it in the group of Congo-Brazzaville.
19 In any case, you must not betray your God and your people. Screaming was what Eve had failed to do in the garden of Eden when faced with the multicoloured serpent, the father of Color.
20 Well. Now, listen to me. According to the vision of April 24, 1993, if the Angel and the Lamb are about to descend, then the two doves must come towards me and go back over the waters. It is the coming of the two doves that precedes the descent of the Angel and the Lamb and the Holy Spirit.
21 In the vision, the two doves had come from above the waters to within three metres of me and went back again immediately without stopping. Then, the light appeared in the sky. And the Angel and the Lamb descended. The two doves were like the two motorcycle outriders in front of official motorcades.
22 They are the two doves who carry out the distribution of the old wine. The new wine will not come until the distribution of the old wine is complete. It’s to this that I will devote the whole of this chapter, Kc.182, and show the one who carried out the distribution.
23 Well. On August 5, 2026, the day after the publication of Kc.181, Sister Carole was in the second assembly of Kribi. And after the service, she told me that, while she was standing, offering a prayer for the congregation, she had felt weak, but then her strength had returned to her.
24 She began to feel so hungry that, in the days that followed, she was forced to lower her consecration. This is a normal state; her body needed food.
25 Already, the day before, as she did not have the courage to go to the second assembly of Kribi, she had a supernatural experience which strengthened her. She went there and everything went well. In the supernatural experience, she was given a vision of the march of the Church up to the rapture.
26 She saw how, on the eve of the rapture, she rose from the dead and walked with the saints without touching the ground. And the pagans were granted a glimpse of them for a fraction of a second. And despite this, the pagans insulted them.
27 This experience she had is the sort of experience that Sister Marie Rose had on June 27, 2026, as I reported it in Kc.180:129 to 140.
28 God grants this sort of experience to someone who is very close to the goal, but who is undergoing a great trial or a great temptation. This experience tells him: "Do not give up! You are very close to the goal!"
29 When Elijah and Moses appeared to the Lord Jesus in Luke 9:28 to 30, it was to strengthen Him in view of His death and resurrection. After that, the Lord Jesus travelled through Galilee and Capernaum and went to Jerusalem. And an angel also appeared to Him to strengthen Him.
30 And in Acts 7, just as he was about to be put to death for the Word of God, Stephen saw the heaven opened and the Lord standing in glory. Stephen was so overjoyed that his face shone with glory. There were many such experiences during the persecutions in the history of the Church.
31 Now, one who has lowered his consecration in the manner of Sister Carole can return to it without condition, as he is led. The same applies to one who has lowered his consecration for health reasons.
32 But it is by eating a one-element food, such as white rice, for seven days, or by following the instructions in his revelations, that one who is in a false consecration will return to the good consecration.
33 You must not lower your consecration with precipitation. Even if it is said that you have a demon, but you do not feel the demon’s presence, remain in consecration and plead with God.
34 Well. While teaching humility through the Word, I have also taught humility through my actions. I have shown the apostles, pastors and preachers that I am a slave; but, despite this, if a bowl of fruit is offered to us, they always wait for me to help myself first before they help themselves.
35 On every occasion, I have to repeat to them: "Help yourselves without waiting for me! Choose for yourselves whatever you find best!" But they always want to give me the first place.
36 This was disturbing me until, when the Brothers refused to fulfill Kc.159:104 in their assemblies, a revelation came to say to me: "Remember all those who impose elevation upon you. This is what they have preached in their assemblies through their actions and their lives.
37 When they give you the first places, it is so that the first places may be given to them. They do this for you so that the same may be done for them. They are the ones who want it."
38 And in the assemblies, when they refuse to speak, it is so that their evil deeds may not be exposed and corrected, for they are filled with pride. And this is what they have passed on to their assemblies. And they want to draw me into this to say that the prophet does it too.
39 I am not what they want me to be. For Salvation, the Lord has asked us to be like little children. And it is written that whoever exalts himself will be humbled. And so, if I do not wish to be exalted, let no one exalt me.
40 Well. In the vision reported in Kc.155:37, one of the two young girls who was walking with me had said: "The multitude remained at the cathedral." And now, one of these two young girls has remained in the dimension of dreams and visions. And the last young girl is the multitude who will come to me on the verge of the sea where I stood in the vision of April 24, 1993.
41 And at this stage of the passage from the dimensions of the goat and the ram to the dimension of the Lamb, those who are in the dimension of the ram or of the old wine will go directly into the dimension of the Lamb.
42 And from now on, because of the reception of the Spirit of the Lamb, which is the spirit of the hour, you must stick to the Message alone. Do not take anything religious. Do not even read William Branham’s brochures anymore.
43 You must be ready, for the time is near. The time is coming when whole assemblies will line up to receive the laying on of hands for the reception of the Holy Spirit.
44 Now, a part of those who will remain in the cathedral and in the dimension of the goat will become the foolish virgins, while the other part will go into the military truck to form the mixed-race woman.
45 Now, if an assembly does not take its responsibilities and falls back into its former state, there is no more repentance for it. God Himself will cast it into that military truck.
46 In the Bambomo assembly, near Lastourville in Gabon, Édouard Mimbi, their former pastor, was disrupting the services. Since May 10, 2026, Sister Célicka had given words of knowledge in the Bambomo assembly.
47 Everyone, including Édouard Mimbi, had acknowledged the truth of the words of knowledge spoken about them, except for a Sister named Audrey.
48 At another service, Sister Audrey came forward to confess what the word of knowledge had said about her and which she had denied. The congregation quoted Kc.181:52 to her, stating that a prophecy must first pardon her before she can receive prayer.
49 And then Édouard Mimbi caused a disorder by saying that the congregation should pray for the Sister because the prophet had not confirmed Sister Célicka’s gift. Despite his agitation, the congregation remained steadfast and united behind the Word, and Édouard Mimbi eventually repented.
50 If all assemblies had acted from the very beginning of the Message as this assembly of Bambomo did, there would be neither goat nor divination in the Message.
51 No one has a monopoly on the interpretation of verses. When you are known as someone who argues or who always wants to be right, you must seek your deliverance.
52 Well. These last days, several apostles were here in Katadji. There were Apostles Pedro Aleixo, Salvador Machuza and Manuel Ubisse. Élie Unim, Jacob Ahoudji, Joseph Tabé, Aniceto Manuel, Christophe Mbena, Wilfredo Hernan and many others.
53 Well. On Sunday morning, August 23, 2026, I had held a meeting with almost all of these apostles. The apostles were sitting on my left and the sisters who prophesy were sitting on my right. Among them was Sister Carole Ondoa from Cameroon. During the meeting, none of the ministers took into account the Sisters who prophesy. They were talking about their old working strategies.
54 We are in the time of seeking the Holy Spirit. And as Acts 8, verse 9 to 24, shows, corruption is not possible there. Corruption is the act of asking for the Holy Spirit, even through the laying on of hands, while your life is not worthy of the Message of your time.
55 It is this work in preparation for the coming of the true Holy Spirit that the public confession has been carrying out for 20 years. And to say that receiving the Holy Spirit requires no effort, and that the lamb makes no effort to grow its wool, is a satanic doctrine.
56 On August 23, 2026, the apostles who were present said that the assemblies neither loved consecration nor revelations and would never seek the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts as long as there was someone to whom they could turn.
57 Apart from revolving around the North Star, the stars do not revolve around any other star in the sky. If anyone with a spiritual gift allows people or assemblies to revolve around him, know that he is being led by a demon.
58 The solution was that all confirmed ministers, including themselves, should be deposed so that the assemblies would be obliged to turn to seeking the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts. But rather than being deposed, they committed to direct the people towards revelations.
59 Apart from information, you must direct the people towards revelations. If you do not direct the people towards revelations, they will lead you away from God.
60 And you, the people, just as you turn to revelations to judge manifestations, so you must turn to revelations to resolve all your problems. And everyone must lead their Brothers to turn to revelations.
61 Resorting to the revelations, in all circumstances, is an inalienable doctrine of the Church of the end of times.
62 With regard to the administration of baptisms, anyone who has previously administered baptisms, and who is in a good consecration and who understands his revelations can administer baptisms. The same applies to the blessing of marriages.
63 During this meeting on August 23, 2026, Sister Carole had several visions. And she interpreted the dream of an apostle. In the dream, we were gathered round a man who possessed great power. And beside this great man was a shy young man called Jean-Philippe.
64 And Jean-Philippe had a word that held the solution to what we were discussing, but he remained silent. We all thought that the great man was the Angel of God and that Jean-Philippe was me, the prophet, because I had not spoken since the beginning of the meeting.
65 But Sister Carole said, "I saw the meeting in a vision. And the prophet was sitting amongst us. And the wind blew through the guava tree near us, and when I looked, I saw the cloud above the guava tree.
66 And the cloud came into the midst of the gathering, swirling. And it entered into the prophet. And as I was about to bow down before the prophet because of the cloud, a voice told me not to do so.
67 And as I came out of the vision, the same voice told me that the great man in the apostle’s dream is the Angel within the prophet. And Jean-Philippe is Sister Rosine, who has an important dream to tell, but who refuses to speak."
68 The great man was Emmanuel, that is to say, "God in the body of a man". It is like the name Joel, which alludes to the reception of the Holy Spirit. And Sister Rosine had an important dream to tell, but she had remained silent. Shyness that prevents one from fulfilling God’s will is a sin.
69 What the Church needs are such spiritual gifts through the true Holy Spirit. But some countries will choose the easy path of divination when appointing their offices.
70 In Malawi, offices are established by Sister Dayina, even though she no longer has the inspirations she once had. In her words of knowledge, she often speaks of things she knows about people or which people have confessed.
71 The first purpose of a spiritual gift is to go from assembly to assembly to accomplish what the apostles, pastors and preachers cannot do. Spiritual gifts must go forth to purify the people.
72 Also, everyone must refuse to be the channel of Satan. During her visit, Sister Carole explained to me how her spiritual gifts had begun. At first, her spiritual life was bad. She went from sanction to sanction. But she was determined never to abandon the Message or hide a sin.
73 I specify that her sexual sins had been committed with the same man, the father of her children. And now, because of Sister Carole’s change of life, he has believed in the Message and has received baptism.
74 Thus, before the gift of prophecy, she was on sanction and she began to fast so that she too might attain consecration like the other Sisters. And while she was fasting, she saw the prophet in a dream. The prophet said to her: "Read the sermons!"
75 After this dream, she began to listen to the sermons. And she had another dream. The prophet appeared to her again and said to her: "Do not listen to the sermons; you must read them instead!" She began reading them again. And at one point, she began to notice a change in her life, and she found strength in the face of sin.
76 And later, during the service, she began to feel the anointing. She told no one about it and showed no emotion. Then came another time when she heard clear voices in her heart urging her to prophesy, but she refused. And she would sometimes leave the service so as not to prophesy.
77 Then, on Saturday May 16, 2026, she prophesied for the first time. And on that day, until the analysis of the manifestation, she did not know that she had prophesied. I spoke about this in Kc.178:137. And from then on, she began to prophesy from town to town wherever God sent her.
78 She has never agreed to be anyone’s support or guide. Nor has she ever wanted an assembly to depend on her, for them to end up cold if she stops prophesying.
79 When she must visit an assembly in another town, she does not contact the pastor or a leader of the assembly, but a mere Sister, and goes to her home.
80 And to her spiritual gifts, visions and the grace to lay hands on people for the reception of the Holy Spirit have been added. And it’s while being unconscious that she manifests them.
81 Well. If you feel the anointing, you must remain quiet. If you also hear voices, whether audible or in your heart, you must remain quiet. It is the Holy Spirit Himself who must take hold of you to act or to speak through you.
82 Do not reject the anointing that you feel, but do not move faster than the anointing. If you are praying or singing, carry on without emotion. It is the proud and those who want to show off who act on the basis of sensations.
83 In Ivory Coast, because of the reinforcement of her consecration without revelation, a Sister named Viviane began to hear a voice. And her behaviour changed towards her husband and towards the Brothers and Sisters, for she was obeying the voice. And as the situation worsened, I wished to speak to her.
84 Whenever she saw someone in a dream in a bad position, the voice would tell her to distance herself from that person. I told her that it was the devil, because she must speak to the people to help them change. And at the end of our conversation, I told her to stop obeying that voice, for it is the devil.
85 After the conversation, when she left me, the voice said to her, "You have done no wrong. It is I, God, who told you not to tell people what you see concerning them." And she said to the voice: "Lord, how is it, then, that you contradict your prophet, who tells me to speak to the people?"
86 And to her great surprise, the voice asked her for forgiveness. She was surprised and said, "O God, who am I that you, God, should ask me for forgiveness?" And there was silence. And she realised that it was the devil. She ceased to obey the voice, and the demon left her. And her life returned to normal.
87 Well. In the next stage, if a word of knowledge is a repetition of a confession, you must specify this in the report of the analysis of the spiritual manifestation.
88 Also, you must also teach the fear of God in your homes. And if, at home, someone begins to manifest a spiritual gift, show the same respect as you would during a service. If possible, film it.
89 The term "spirit of divination" is the common name for any demon that passes as the Holy Spirit. A spirit of divination can be a demon of sex, anger, theft, lying or other. And these demons are transmitted to the assemblies from the pulpit.
90 On Sunday August 23, 2026, in the province of Tanganyika in Congo-Kinshasa, a Brother had lied during the public confession. And instead of him falling down, a spirit of divination took hold of him and he jumped up with a scream that scared the congregation. Children began to cry.
91 He began to prophesy and to give false words of knowledge in a spectacular manner, making funny gestures. You must understand that times have changed and that his deliverance from this spirit of divination will be with great difficulty, for he lied to the congregation and to the Holy Spirit.
92 In the beginning of the Message, the public confession was the only means of purification. Then, dreams and visions, as well as fasting and consecration, came as means of purification on the foundation of the public confession. And now, the spiritual gifts have come on the foundation of the public confession and dreams and visions.
93 And the dimension of the Lamb will not put an end to dreams and visions. Dreams and visions are the surveillance cameras that operate day and night. Without these cameras, you will not know which demon has stolen your ministry, your spiritual gift or your fellowship with God.
94 Spiritual gifts are God’s greatest blessing on earth. It is in the face of prophecy that the pagans, those who know how to speak, and those who are always right are brought to their knees.
95 And rather than following their revelations to receive the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts, some apostles, pastors and preachers throw themselves into evangelism and other activities on the ground, in the media and on the internet, without revelation. They want to be busy doing something.
96 Some say, "When I see that I’m not doing any work and yet I’m receiving the money of the priesthood, I feel guilty. I’m a cat fed by the Church!" Alright, but as long as you do not act in accordance with your revelation, you will always be guilty, no matter what you do. The guilt comes rather from your refusal to make a good consecration to find out what you must do.
97 In all things, make the effort to pray and ask God what you must do. God is ready to answer us, but we do not ask Him for anything, because we want to do our own will.
98 We must make in a way that every Brother or Sister who has been in the Message for at least seven months can confide, not in us, but in God through His own revelations. Everyone must have their own communion with God.
99 At the current stage, if you confide in someone on a spiritual level, no matter who he is, even if it is your spouse, your pastor or the prophet, it is wrong. It is as if you were diverting calls from your telephone number to that person’s number, without realising it.
100 And because you have no identity, you will cry out to God, or you will call an Uber in a dream. And the Uber will never be able to find you because of the call forwarding, the lack of an address and the lack of identity. Giving or asking for a phone number in a dream can refer to a call forwarding.
101 You must have your own communion with God. Before you go to sleep, pray about your problem and wait on God. God will give you a dream that will solve your problem. Stop looking for someone to confide in.
102 Now, as for the cats fed by the Church, I have had the tithes sent to the general stewards. That is what I had to do. These tithes are intended for God’s work through the Holy Spirit.
103 If a steward is the accomplice of greedy apostles, pastors and preachers instead of exposing them, he will answer for this at the last judgement.
104 At the last judgement, every steward will answer for his management. If a church member or preacher who is a thief comes to him, he must know it through his revelations. If someone who works by revelation comes to him, he must also know it. And he knows that he must expose the greedy and the thieves before the people.
105 Because of the misuse of the tithes and offerings, many of our revelations say that our gatherings are like shops and our ministries are like taxis. If divination is at work in our countries and assemblies, it is because of the apostles, pastors, preachers and stewards.
106 Giving tithes and offerings to cats is to open the Church’s doors to divination. Even under Caesar, anyone who has stopped working no longer receives a salary but a pension.
107 A pension is not a wage and cannot be higher than the wage you received whilst you were working. And the pension remains a small means of subsistence until the person returns to office through a prophecy.
109 The Church’s money is for God’s work and for the poor. And whoever makes unworthy use of it is a thief. He is calling divination and punishment upon himself, his household and the assembly.
110 Well. In the past, we worked through conferences, debates and open-air preaching without revelations. This had led to conversions, for the Message was unknown to the enemies.
111 When the Message became known to our enemies, conversions became difficult, for our enemies, amongst whom religious leaders, were inciting the people against us and against the Message. Today, everything must be done through revelation.
112 And also, many of those who accepted the Message did not stay, for our assemblies lacked the spiritual atmosphere from which these converts had come.
113 Then the time came when there were almost no more conversions. And in 2024, there was the great consecration. And in 2025, God opened the door for us to the healing services through the prophet.
114 And apart from the prophet, many Brothers and Sisters manifested the gift of healing through the true Holy Spirit. And Brothers Aniceto Manuel from Angola and Manuel Ubisse from Mozambique were distinguished through several healing services.
115 And on November 16, 2025, God brought the healing services to an end. We had to move on to the next stage of healing services, with prophecies; otherwise, we would be nothing more than traditional healers.
116 Thus, during services or healing services, if there is no prophecy in the audience, then it is a ceremony of traditional fetishism. And the person on the platform in front of you is a traditional healer, even if he performs instant healings. He is acting to prevent you from receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual gifts.
117 After November 16, 2025, anyone who held a healing service without the other spiritual gifts was in the ministry of Balaam on the plains of Moab. Balaam was fighting against Israel and Moses without knowing it.
118 And at this stage, Apostle Jacob Ahoudji of Benin was the most distinguished. He moved forward without revelation, without fear and without respect for the Word. At midday, he could eat a full meal with meat, and in the afternoon, he would go to pray for the sick, and there were instant healings.
119 But God protects those who keep His Word and who fear Him. Apostle Pedro Aleixo wanted to hold a healing service, but his revelations were unclear. On July 22, 2026, he postponed a baptismal service to strengthen his consecration, even though those to be baptised were ready.
120 And as he was obsessed with the idea of holding the healing service, he had a dream. He said, "In the dream, I was at a healing service and Brother Philippe was present. There was a man possessed by a demon, and Brother Philippe told me to pray for the man’s deliverance. I prayed, but the man was not delivered.
121 Then Brother Philippe said to me, ‘You must not pray for him whilst he is standing. You must take him in your arms like a child before you pray for him!’ I did as he said, and the man was set free. And Brother Philippe looked at me and called me Balaam. And the dream ended."
122 Following this dream, Apostle Pedro Aleixo abandoned his idea of a healing service. Then, his revelation directed him to Ivory Coast, and he arrived on August 20, 2026, and on August 31, 2026, he received the laying on of hands from Sister Carole to receive the Holy Spirit.
123 Now, while with consecration, the Brothers should be jostling for the pulpit at the time of the service according to Kc.159:104, it’s the contrary. They refuse to fulfill Kc.159:104, even though the written Word gives this right to every Brother who is in consecration.
124 Some Brothers have neither defilement nor immobilisation, and no revelation prevents them, yet they refuse to fulfill Kc.159:104. And services are cancelled. However, they go to Caesar’s work without any revelation.
125 According to the Message, it is first the one who has the revelation to play the role who must stand up first to fulfill Kc.159:104. But if, after a minute, no one stands up, then the Message gives the right to any Brother in consecration, even if illiterate, to stand up to fulfill Kc.159:104.
126 At the Kribi assembly on August 5, 2026, at the time of the service, there was no one to lead the public confession. The congregation wanted to listen to an audio sermon of the prophet. As soon as the audio was played, Sister Carole stood up and designated a prayer leader. And the service could go ahead.
127 If Sister Carole had not been present, the congregation would have dispersed without holding the service. And it is also possible that it was Sister Carole’s presence that inspired this fear of going up to the pulpit. We cannot desire the Holy Spirit and be afraid of the Holy Spirit.
128 The Bunia assembly, in Congo-Kinshasa, was not living a good consecration. Their revelations showed them their wrongdoing, but they did not repent and they were all afraid to approach the pulpit.
129 On Sunday August 9, 2026, it was time for the service, but no one wanted to stand up and go to the pulpit. So, a Brother named Ugenrwoth, who is not from the assembly, went up to the pulpit and led the public confession in accordance with Kc.159:104.
130 After the public confession, having confessed their sins and received prayer, they do not want to lead the praise songs. At that moment, Brother Ugenrwoth should leave the pulpit, but he remained there and led the praise songs.
131 And after the praise songs, no one wanted to come forward to preach. Brother Ugenrwoth decided to preach. He wanted an interpreter, but no one wanted to come forward. And instead of leaving the pulpit, he pleaded for an interpreter.
132 And as he persisted, a Brother volunteered to interpret for him from his seat in the congregation. Because of their bad consecration, they know that God is against them.
134 And on Sunday August 16, 2026, at the Kassapa assembly in the city of Lubumbashi, in Congo-Kinshasa, the atmosphere was the same. It is a big assembly, but nobody wants to play a role. Everyone is afraid of being struck by the Angel. There wasn’t even a deacon.
136 The Sister sat down, stood up again immediately and gave the interpretation with the same force. The prophecy condemned the congregation.
137 She then approached a Brother who was not walking properly according to the Message. She gave him words of knowledge and urged him to change his life. Then she laid hands on him and prayed for him.
138 After that, the Sister returned to her seat. The congregation saw that God can be merciful and compassionate towards sinners. God knows who is weak and who is wicked.
139 And it happens that, because of those who prophesy, no one wants to go up to the pulpit. People are afraid as if, at the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, people might not come to the service.
140 And in Latin America, a brave Brother gave up on coming to Ivory Coast following the publication of a manifestation of Sister Célicka. And ever since then, that Brother’s faith has not been the same.
141 Brother, may it never happen, after this chapter Kc.182, that a service be cancelled in an assembly in your presence. Let people in your country no longer have to wait weeks for baptism because you are unavailable.
142 Just as you attend to the things of Caesar and the things of the earth, so must you attend to the things of your God.
143 Do not ignore the fact that, often, the behaviour a man reproaches his wife for is the very behaviour he displays towards God. It is the position of power that prevents men from becoming aware of this aspect.
144 We live as we want. Through our lives, we show that our lives belong to us and that we have no obligation to God. Let us be conscious that the Master of life and the One who decides for our future is God.
145 In Kc.181:149, had the person who was at the pulpit before Sister Carole’s prophecy done wrong? No! If I were in your place, and if a revelation does not prevent me, I would stand up and go to the pulpit.
146 You act in this way, yet you commit sins that you can avoid, and you do so in all conscience. Now, when you behave badly so as not to come to the pulpit, does that mean that God cannot reach you where you are or at home?
147 There is no place on earth or in heaven where a man can be safe from God’s punishments. In Kc.150, it was not at the service that Brother Zadi Robert met the Angel.
148 After years in the Message, you are confessing the same sins as new converts. You are still in chatters and snacking. You are browsing the internet for no reason.
149 Know that this wait for the Holy Spirit is a time of roundups. When you chatter, even at home or in an internet group, before God, you are in the company of thugs on the street or in a ghetto, and you are exposing yourselves to roundups.
150 And in every hospital of the public confession, you are patients admitted to the paediatric ward alongside the newborns.
151 And because of bad consecrations, you always use the standard method to interpret your revelations.
152 The devil is the father of standard interpretations of dreams and visions. This is the gateway to theology and religions. The standard method has the peculiarity of making God lie.
153 And mankind has legitimised this and has been following this method for millennia. And it is upon this that mankind has built the understanding of the Bible. The standard interpretations we make of our dreams are the same as those made by religious leaders of the Bible.
154 And this is also what we often do with the Message, resulting in various ‘isms’ in the absence of the prophet. When someone who does not understand his own dreams seeks to interpret the Bible or the Message for an entire people, it opens the door to divination.
155 For example, the interpretation that we know of Revelation 12 is that the moon represents the law and the sun represents grace. That is correct. But on August 24, 2026, coming out from a vision, I received the revelation that Revelation 12 had a new interpretation.
156 The moon beneath the feet of this woman-Church of Revelation 12 represents everything she has been reproached for throughout the seven Church ages. And the sun in which she was now clothed is the behaviour of Christ. And I came out of the vision.
157 Well. On the Sunday morning of August 23, 2026, during the meeting that I held with the apostles from various countries and the three main Sisters who prophesy in Ivory Coast, Sister Carole had been moving about a lot. She would often leave the meeting in a hurry, then come back.
158 After the meeting, she explained to me that, as the anointing was strong upon her because of the spirit of divination she saw upon the three Sisters and the ministers who were present, she had left the meeting so as not to prophesy.
159 And she told me that if all those who are here in Ivory Coast with the prophet have demons of divination, then she too has a demon of divination.
160 I said to her, "Sister Carole, it is according to the grace that God grants to each of us. These precious Brothers and Sisters that you see are the Palestinian hostages about whom I spoke in Kc.158:123 to 127. They are awaiting God’s deliverance."
161 As I was speaking, she said to me, "Yes, Brother Philippe, but ever since I arrived, I have seen the Angel standing beside you, even when you are sitting alone."
162 And the next day, on Monday morning, August 24, 2026, I called Apostle Yanick and the other apostles of Ivory Coast. I asked them: "Do you believe that the spirit through which you work is the Holy Spirit or the spirit of divination?"
163 They all replied: "Brother Philippe, if we deny the spirit of divination, then through whom have the spirits of divination entered the people?"
164 After the apostles, I called the three Sisters in the presence of Apostle Yanick. And I asked them, "Do you believe that the spirit through which you prophesy is the Holy Spirit or the spirit of divination?"
165 Sisters Émilie and Annick stated that it is through the true Holy Spirit that they prophesy. Sister Anne Séverine stated that it is through the spirit of divination that she prophesies. I did not explain to them anything that Sister Carole had told me. Nor did I report anything to Sister Carole.
166 Apostle Yanick reported this to other apostles of Ivory Coast, and they held a secret meeting with Sisters Émilie and Annick in order to bring the two Sisters back, in accordance with their revelations.
168 And at the end of their meeting, despite the often literal and indisputable revelations, the two Sisters condemned and lectured the apostles, and the apostles asked them for forgiveness.
169 And from August 26 to August 28, 2026, we were in Rikédiba. Sister Carole was with us but to the side. There were 32 apostles, pastors, preachers and prayer leaders, but none of them wanted to lead the meeting on August 26. And as no one wanted to lead, Apostle Yanick led the meeting, despite the fact that he had to do the translation. It was difficult, but he did it.
170 Similarly, the following day, August 27, nobody wanted to lead the meeting. Once again, Apostle Yanick led the meeting until the evening. And in the evening, as the Sisters had come to listen to what we were saying, Sister Carole also came and lay down on a mat near the Sisters.
171 And at nightfall, I spoke to bring the meeting to a close. I said that on Monday morning, August 24, 2026, I had had a meeting with only the apostles of Ivory Coast and then another meeting with the three main Sisters who prophesy in Ivory Coast.
172 And before I could say the details of the two meetings, while Sister Carole knew nothing of it, she rose from the mat under the anointing. She went to lay her hands on Apostle Yanick and said to him, "Thus saith the Lord: receive the Holy Spirit." After Apostle Yanick, she went to lay her hands on Sister Anne Séverine and said to her, "Thus saith the Lord: Receive your deliverance."
173 After the gathering, I explained the two meetings I had had with the apostles and the three Sisters on the morning of Monday August 24, 2026, as well as what had been said. Then Sister Anne Séverine took out her phone and read out two dreams from her register of dreams and visions. And we were all amazed by what had just happened.
174 However, it was all 32 Brothers and the Sisters who were awaiting this grace of the laying on of hands by Sister Carole.
175 It was as though on August 27, 2026, in Rikédiba, the very best that Ivory Coast had to offer had been presented to God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. And if nothing had happened, one might have thought that they were all worthy to receive the Holy Spirit, but it was God who had not wanted it.
176 And that evening, the two major obstacles to receiving the Holy Spirit were food and the refusal to fulfill Kc.159:104. Plus, Apostle Yanick had been in a good consecration for several days. He was not eating neither meat nor fish.
177 Sister Anne Séverine read out two dreams, saying, "Dream on the night of August 23, 2026. I am in a house. Sister Carole comes in and lays her hands on me, saying, ‘Receive your deliverance!’ Dream on the night of August 26 to August 27, 2026. I am in a house. Sister Carole enters and, at that moment, I also see Apostle Yanick beside me. And Sister Carole lays her hands on us."
178 I, Brother Philippe, thought that I was welcoming a mere Sister, but I welcomed an angel. Sister Carole was not a Cameroonian but an angel of God.
179 Every night, she spends hours praying and singing. We can hear her singing for two hours without a break. During her stay, she ate very little. I had suggested that we all have a meal together before she left, but she refused.
180 Also, before she left, I wanted to organise a meeting with the Brothers and Sisters of Ivory Coast who are in a good consecration. But I cancelled it because the revelations showed that many were wearing green shirts but had yellow trousers and skirts on.
181 They do the consecration according to the Word, but they ignore what their revelations tell them to do. The trousers and skirts were neither black nor red. That’s good. A little perseverance and the trousers or the traffic light will turn green and grace will come.
182 If hands are laid on you to receive the Holy Spirit while you are not walking according to your revelations, for whom will you be working? The Holy Spirit, at this stage, is the Spirit of the eagle, that is to say, the Spirit of revelation. And it is through revelation that you will know what you must do for God.
183 And on the morning of August 31, 2026, we held another meeting on the balcony of my house, where the Angel had passed on February 28, 2024. Several ministers and Brothers and Sisters from the house were present.
184 The purpose of the meeting was that, seeing Sister Carole reinforcing her consecration while she had come to rest in Ivory Coast, I wanted to thank her on behalf of all the Brothers and Sisters and exhort her to eat.
185 She had told me that she had arrived weighing 40 kg and she now weighed 38 kg. During the meeting, while I was speaking and giving thanks to God for the visit of His servant, I felt God’s presence.
186 Then Sister Carole rose, under the anointing, and went to lay hands on Sister Yati Djanta, then on Brother Boga Éric, and then on Apostle Pedro Aleixo. She then laid her hands on Sister Edmonde, and then on Apostle Tieffi Franck. Apostle Tieffi Franck shouted and fell face down, glorifying God. With each laying on of hands, she declared: "Thus saith the Lord, receive the Holy Spirit!"
187 At the end, Sister Carole, on her knees, shouted: "Receive the Holy Spirit without the laying on of hands!" Instantly, Apostle Kra Donald fell face down, glorifying God. Several apostles, such as Aniceto Manuel and Manuel Ubisse, were weeping because of the anointing. The meeting lasted about twenty minutes.
188 Later, after the meeting, Apostle Tieffi Franck said, "I have held healing services and there have been miracles, but I have never felt the anointing that I felt today when I received the laying on of hands from Sister Carole! It was like an electric current running through my whole body, and I didn’t even realise I had fallen over."
189 Apostle Yanick said, "When she laid her hands on me in Rikédiba, I felt power throughout my whole body, even in my fingers, just as during the healing service in Accra. I felt as though the anointing had filled the whole atmosphere. And it lasted for over an hour."
190 Sister Christine was praying aloud in her room. Later, she said, "After the meeting, I continued to feel the anointing; I had shivers all over my body, even in my feet. I went to pray. And while I was in the kitchen, I continued to feel it all over my body, so I went back to pray again."
191 Sister Yati reported that it was the following morning, September 1st, 2026, while she was meditating in her room, that the anointing came upon her powerfully, as the Brothers had reported, while she was not expecting it.
192 Sister Yati served Sister Carole with humility. The two Sisters slept in the same room and often it was through Sister Yati that we spoke to Sister Carole.
193 Sister Yati said, "Brother Philippe, before leaving Gabon, I had dreamt that I was standing in the darkness, with a baby sitting on my shoulders. And someone, like an angel, came and placed a lamp on my head. And by the light of the lamp, I moved forward, and the light of the lamp shone all around me into the distance.
194 I knew that the baby represented the Church of Gabon and that I would receive the laying on of hands from Sister Carole to receive the Holy Spirit. That is why I was keen to come to Ivory Coast."
195 I told Sister Yati that the dream contained two major elements. The lamp and the baby. And if she does not immediately take that baby down from her shoulder, the baby will knock the lamp over, and the lamp will shatter and switch off. And she and the baby will be plunged back into darkness. It is not for the Brothers or the assemblies to call you, but for God to send you to them.
196 Sister Carole’s visit was like the two forerunning doves of the descent of the Angel and the Lamb. One person but two spirits, like the prophet of Revelation 11 with the Spirit of Elijah and the Spirit of Moses.
197 The prophets since Moses had foretold the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, but it was John the Baptist who was Christ’s final forerunner. Likewise, every apostle who has visited me since 2010 was part of the mission of the two doves to announce the descent of the Angel and the Lamb, but here is the ultimate forerunner of the Angel and the Lamb. And the Angel and the Lamb are the Bridegroom, according to Matthew 25:6.
198 The forerunner, or the outrider, is not the Bridegroom. It is not the outrider that the crowd is waiting for, and a responsible crowd does not applaud the outrider, no matter how he parades with the motorcycle. It is the outrider who reassures the motorcade or the Bridegroom that everything is in order and that He can come.
199 And on the day before her departure, I said, "O God, how can I let Your servant go without blessing me?" And the voice of the Lord said to me, "Remember that the residue of the old wine had been withheld from you in the vision!"
200 I said, "My Lord, so be it! May the glory, honour and exaltation be to You for ever and ever! May Your grace be upon her and upon all those who exercise spiritual gifts with fear!"
201 Sister Carole’s departure for Cameroon took place on Saturday September 5, 2026, at 4 o’clock in the morning. Since we have been living in Katadji, there has never been such a large crowd to bid farewell to a visitor. She must leave and lower her consecration to rest.
202 All those upon whom Sister Carole laid hands for the reception of the Holy Spirit have testified that their spirituality and their ability to interpret dreams have changed.
203 Well. It is the Holy Spirit who must be our guide. That is why receiving the Holy Spirit will be the condition for taking on a role linked to the pulpit. It is those who have received the Holy Spirit or who possess spiritual gifts who must visit the congregations as the Holy Spirit guides them.
204 Throughout the Message, to this day, out of the hundreds of people from whom I have received spiritual manifestations, Sister Carole is the only one to manifest this grace of laying on of hands to receive the Holy Spirit.
205 This is like the Lord Jesus breathing onto his disciples before the Upper Room. According to the vision reported in Kc.162:23, the amount of old wine in the bottle was not even half a glass of water, while the new wine in the basin could amount to 50 litres.
206 Know that out of 20 people who have received a false holy spirit, several can lay hands on others to pass on this false holy spirit, as is seen amongst evangelicals. But out of 100 people who have received the true Holy Spirit, there may not be even a single person who can lay hands on others to pass on the true Holy Spirit.
207 During the Azusa Street Revival, Lucy Farrow was the only person who possessed this gift of laying on of hands for the reception of the Holy Spirit.
208 In William Branham’s ministry, there was no one like that. Not even Sister Anna Schrader had that gift. Such people are the triggering spark or the catalyst for revivals.
209 There are two major graces in the Church. That of laying on of hands for the reception of the Holy Spirit, and that of bringing down the Holy Spirit upon the congregation through preaching, as Peter did at Cornelius’s house. These two graces are above the spiritual gifts.
210 What we have seen with Sister Carole is a sign inviting us to remain in consecration. When the Holy Spirit comes down, people like Sister Carole will go from country to country. And this time, they will lay hands on entire assemblies lined up in queues, as in Samaria.
211 Everyone will receive the Holy Spirit for the revival and eternal life. It is "Thus saith the Lord." This will happen. This is what we rest on. And the more disposed you are, the more immediate the triggering of power and spiritual gifts will be from the laying on of hands.
212 Because of the disposition of the apostles of Ivory Coast, the effect of Sister Carole’s laying on of hands upon them was stronger than what I saw in the videos where she laid hands on people in Cameroon.
213 In the days of the apostles, few possessed this grace. In Acts 8, Philip, filled with the Holy Spirit, preaches in Samaria; the paralytics walk, the blind se, the possessed are set free and the sick are healed.
214 But as for giving the Holy Spirit through the laying on of hands, although Philip was filled with the Holy Spirit, he did not possess this power. He then calls the apostles. And Peter and John came to lay their hands on the believers in Samaria, and they received the Holy Spirit.
215 We must protect such graces amongst us. Just as light dispels darkness, so the true Holy Spirit, through such graces and spiritual gifts, will drive out the spirit of Abraham Mazel and the spirit of divination from our lives and our assemblies.
216 We must not be afraid of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual gifts through which we are to be purified, made white and refined. We have sung this so often over the years, and now is the time to prove that we were sincere when we sang it.
217 Lion cubs love lions’ roar, and eaglets love the eagles’ cry. And the children of God love the authentic manifestations of the Holy Spirit.
